Cabin holiday rentals in Chimney Rock

Really enjoyed the property. Everything was as described, very clean, and well stocked with necessary items. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would need, and supplies were on hand for replacement of paper items. We loved the peacefulness of the location and the noise created by the neighboring stream. The only issue was the hot tub cooled off after the first night, we may have left the spa cover off too long, but when we notified the host they were very responsive and responded to fix the problem. We had a great weekend. Definitely a property worth renting for a quiet weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at New Direction!! The hot tub was wonderful after our long hike, and we also really enjoyed the fire pit and just the peacefulness of it. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

VIEWS !!! This little gem is nestled on the mountain side perfect for a quiet, restful getaway. You really won’t want to leave but if you do, Brevard is easy to get to and the cutest little mountain town. The space was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub, the coziness of the cabin and ability to bring our fur babies. The sunrise and sunset are amazing from the cabin. Simple and beautiful escape!! You won’t regret staying here !

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains from the big windows were awesome. The hot tub was very relaxing. The fire pit was nice to sit around at night. The stars at night were so bright. Visiting the shops and restaurants in downtown Marion was nice and convenient. I’d love to see the outdoor string lights repaired, it looks like a storm took down half of them

This place is a really nice get away. It is not very far off the main highway so it's easily accessible. The cabin itself is nice and private with the nearest neighbor being quite a ways away. I never heard anyone else the entire time we were there. The cabin was nice and clean and the giant wrap around porch made for a great hang out spot. The hot tub was very nice and clean and is where I spent most of my time. Todd was very responsive to any questions I had.

Our stay was great! There's plenty to do in Hendersonville, with some great restaurants (our favorites were Umi and Hen dough) and fun little shops to pop in to. There's also Asheville nearby and some good hiking trails as well. The cabin itself has a really nice vibe, and the fireplace and hot tub work well too. Some Air BnBs go a little too far with eccentric decor, but this place feels very tasteful while still being unique. Kaitlyn was also responsive with helping us out with a few things, and gave us multiple opportunities to contact her if we needed anything. Overall it was a great time, and we would love to come back - maybe with some friends next time!

This a wonderful little cabin in a very private, peaceful setting. The hot tub was great. We had a great time!

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

Charle’s Cabin was terrific. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a gorgeous setting. We were in the area to volunteer clearing hiking trails from the storm damage and the location was very convenient to the trail heads and served as a great place to relax after a hard days work. They have everything you’ll need to feel at home and the stream provides a peaceful reminder to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the setting.

My husband and I and 2 of our dogs stayed at Jen's place for 10 days and absolutely loved it! From the moment we drove up the road and saw the house we felt at home. And when we walked in, we fell in love! The home is just the perfect floor plan for us. It is spotlessly clean, instantly welcoming and beautifully decorated. And the property is amazing, too! We went for multiple walks with the dogs every day-up and down the road, in the fields, all around the property including both ponds. It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing! We can hardly wait to go back! Thank you, Jen, for sharing your wonderful cabin and property!

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin with our two girls and dog. It was picturesque and the cabin had so much character, was decorated so nicely and we felt at home there with the comfortable furniture and large spaces to eat. It was also close to town, but felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere...the perfect location for us. There was some snow on the ground when we arrived, but the home was so cozy and warm! I wouldn't be surprised if we come back in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us to enjoy a fun, long weekend and your great communication and instructions!

I had a wonderful experience here! Just looking for a calm and fun weekend away, this cabin provided exactly that! The place was well furnished and stocked with everything you could need from toiletries to towels to cooking supplies. Esther was awesome and super communicative, and she gave plenty of instructions on how things worked, what activity were nearby, and lots and lots of other details. 10/10, not a single complaint I can think of!

Wow! The views were amazing. The home is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to feel at home. Private and relaxing, just what we needed. Joe was great with quick communication and answering all our needs. Definitely would come back to Lure of the mountains!

Beautiful location and lovely cabin! We were so thankful to our hosts for being able to accommodate us and allow us to visit our family for the holidays as WNC recovers from Helene. They were so kind and even left us cookies (+ treats for our pups)! <3

I stayed at Craig's place while showing at TIEC and will absolutely be staying in the future. Air mattress was super comfy, towels were soft, and water was warm, who can ask for more? Craig was kind and responsive, a true gem of a host. Thank you!!

My daughter and I stayed at the cabin on a visit to see my son at Warren Wilson College. It was the perfect place, literally minutes from the college. The cabin is super cozy and comfortable. Great water pressure for showers, heating system kept the house toasty. It had more than enough space, awell equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. Check in and communication was easy and clear. Only a 10 min drive into Asheville to the West or Black Hills to the East. Momentos Coffee is just down the road and has delicious scones, breakfast sandwiches and one of the best latte's I've ever had. Next time we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

The house is amazing, plenty of room for 2 people to be more than comfortable. The area is great with lots of mountain scenery and a porch view of a river right next to the cabin. Although the recent hurricane that passed through the area has left debris and damage to surrounding nature the area is still beautiful! This cabin is in a great location being only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville which has plenty of brewery’s, restaurants and shops to keep you busy for an entire day, and also only 15 minutes from the town side of mars hill that has grocery stores and pharmacy’s for any needs! The location of the cabin feels secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re still in a town but close enough that you don’t have to worry about not being able to quickly grasp anything you need or might have forgotten. The outdoor area attached to the cabin was amazing for late night fires and hanging out. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to visit the Asheville area!

Hosts were great at communicating and provided some great recommendations in the binder for the cabin. Cabin had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our family of seven. Cabin afforded lots of space to spread out and offered some scenic views of the surrounding forests.

Just a wonderful place. I was born near there so it was like going home. The place was well thought out, and everything I thought I’d like to have was already there. Host’s didn’t hover and the decor was terrific. Pics don’t do it justice

Stayed here for a few days. It was perfectly comfortable accommodation for multiple nights, had all the amenities we needed, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again - and recommend the stay to my family and friends.

The cabin was amazing! away from the busyness of town but still close enough the enjoy the town!!! It felt like home away from home. would definitely recommend!!! can't wait to go back!
