We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

It was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in. Mr. Gökhan and his neighbor Bilal were very kind. Everything that would be needed was available in the house. The pool of the compound was quite clean. For those who don't have a car, the house is a little uphill, but there were also those who walked that road. Very close to the public beach and a beache that I love, the center is 10min by car. I already love the fountain, it does not overwhelm the person with the light breeze... It was a very nice experience, I will come back in July.

Eleni’s place was incredible and so was our local guide Kaiti! Truly such a special place on the island, and located near one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.

We loved this house, it was huge and everyone had their own space. It was very modern and comfortable and the older members of the group were grateful for the elevator! Gorgeous views and an easy walk to restaurants on the waterfront.
