The accessibility of the BTS (aerial metro) at+/- 10mm walk, there is a small shop in front of the building where you can buy the necessities. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Tassanee's unit. Can't beat the location, as the BTS train station is adjacent to the condo. The condo facilities were great, with a large well equipped gym and a decently sized pool. The unit, although not brand new was clean and in good shape. What stood out was Tassanee's responsiveness - she responded very quickly to our questions and requests and provided additional amenities for the unit when we were discussing with her during our initial feedback after checking in. Highly recommended!

It was a pity that it wasn't close to the subway station, but it was close to Asiatique, so it was easy to buy food and necessities. The facilities were generally clean and the response was very friendly.

Communication from host, ease of access, and location for the price you pay is the reason to stay here. There was a mildew smell from the sink that got taken care of in a day after we communicated it to the hosts. Water pressure in the bathrooms could use work, but based on how much you pay to the amount of space you get, definitely worth it.

My stay at the condo was exceptional, everything was clean and there was a 7-11 and starbucks with walking distance. 10/10 would recommend to stay here, and we definitely would stay here again! Thank you for the memorable stay! 🙆🏼‍♀️

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. First of all, I have to admit that Pemika is a very nice lady. She really made me feel welcome. Pemika has attention to detail. Her apartment was extra clean. I enjoyed the neighborhood which is very lively. A 7 eleven just across the building. Thank you Pemika and if I were to come back to Bangkok it will be at your place that I will stay.

Bruce's place is amazing! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, the place is clean, and the amenities are good. The location is fab, and Bruce is easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed my stay there, will book again if available the next time I'm in Bangkok.

The rooms of the condo have spectacular views of the city, especially from the primary bedroom. Going to sleep & waking up with that view was glorious! Mrt is right outside of the complex, taxis & Grab will pick up & drop off at the lobby entrance. Primary bed was comfortable & ac kept the room cool. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, TP provided as well as basic kitchen supplies. Izii was quick to respond & helpful. We had a relaxing stay & would highly recommended staying at Izii's penthouse.

I had a wonderful stay at Helene’s apartment! It’s cozy and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, and having an air fryer was such a bonus for quick meals. Helene thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable, and her communication was excellent—she was always responsive and friendly. The location was also convenient, with a big grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly highly recommend it!

Stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the townhome and the neighborhood. Great location if you're looking to be away from the madness of Bangkok proper. Central WestLink is a 10 minute ride away, 35 minutes to the old DMK airport. Nice value. Highly recommended.

We spent two peaceful months at Machita’s house, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I must say that Machita’s home is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Upon arrival, you can simply set down your bags and relax. The house is very well-equipped for cooking for a family, and if anything is missing, Machita is always attentive and ready to help. The Wi-Fi is also excellent, making it ideal for working online. The house is situated in a gated property that serves as a green oasis, offering a serene escape from the surrounding traffic and concrete. The environment is quiet, friendly, and perfect for families—our children quickly made new friends. It’s advisable to have a car or the budget to use Grab to get places. Machita and her family are kind, respectful, and discreet hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and if you want to stay in Nonthaburi, don’t hesitate to stay at Machita’s house.

Had a very pleasant stay at Chawalit & Jenny’s cozy bnb. Location was in a very peaceful and private alley. A few mins walk to the BTS station and very close to 7/11 as well. The place was spotless clean and as described. Chawalit was very friendly, responsive and helpful too. He even offered to pick us up after watching a concert at Rajamangala stadium as we had a hard time getting a ride home. Would 100% recommend and would definitely book again 😊
