Good location, walking distance to Kumoron Market, Shinsaibashisuji, Dōtonbori & Namba shopping area. Clear instruction for how to reach & check-in the unit. Also list of good restaurant near-by recom Washing machine was out of function, but the problem get solved after reported to the owner. The room comfotable for 4 people. Basic cooking equipment & utensils are also provided.

The place was superb. It's very near the Namba station so it's very accessible. Very few steps away from Lawson so that is a plus.

Big space, clean environment, big living room, big dining room, big kitchen, two double beds each on the second floor, big enough for a group of people, nearby is very close to the station subway, convenience store, supermarket, it is very good value for money!Will definitely come back again next time!

It was very clean as pictured.It was very good.The bath and toilet were also clean, and the two bedrooms were clean.The interior is stylish and tense.However, I was a little concerned that the cooking utensils and dishes were dirty.Other than that, I think it's the perfect place to stay!

Tony’s place is amazing, highly recommend! It’s beautiful and spacious, and Tony is a great host. He picked us up and even dropped us off at the train station.

Kiki has been a lovely host! We travel a lot around the world and she by far had the most welcoming accommodation. She was overly helpful with instructions on everything!! Additionally, she stocked the home with welcoming items and has thought of everything. Thank you Kiki :) The only thing hard for us were the beds as we like much softer beds; however, this is all personal preference ❤️ You’re an excellent host!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

Was super cozy and very convenient area with not a far walk from the station. Host was super friendly and helpful when questions were asked. Walkable to convenient stores and other restaurants. Price was great and would definitely recommend if you are having a short stay with friends or family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

A beautiful, small Japanese-style house. Very well located. With the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Accessible to public transportation, many restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Besides, it's a quiet place. Of course, the stairs to the bedrooms are somewhat steep (just like all Japanese stairs) I would come back!!!

Wow! We loved the experience of staying in an authentic Japanese apartment. The space was beautifully furnished, spotless and very quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better location - just minutes from the metro and 1 short block from Dotonbori.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality. It was very clean and I had a pleasant stay. Parking was right in front of the house, and it was easy to get my luggage in and out. Full amenities were provided, and it was especially helpful that there were many electrical outlets. We are very grateful for your flexibility with the parking lot and the number of guests. The space allowed us to try staying at a place with tatami mat flooring and experience sleeping on futons. Having laundry available was helpful since my friend and I were in Japan for almost 2 weeks. Luggage storage was nearby as well when we went to use it. Thank you Ryota for the clear instructions and helping provide support during our trip!

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs and train station cross street was super convenient. Aoi was very accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage hours before check-in, which was a huge help. The building was beautiful. Highly recommend!
