Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Chuo Ward

Hi! We enjoyed our stay in Osaka in your place! The place was near dotonbori but still very peaceful and quiet.. very conveniently located near the subway and convenience stores, too!

Yoshi was very responsive and accomodating. we requested for more pillows and hangers and he provided them right away. the apartment is well managed, new and has a lift. i also like the layout of the apartment, it had everything we needed.. cozy and spacious. the location was good, though not too close to the metro station (around 7 mins walk away from Ebusicho station) but very close to Den den town, Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon market, many restaurants and convenience store nearby. Thank you Yoshi!

Perfect location in Osaka near dotonbori. Great space too which was perfect for four people. Only critique is that building does have a but of an odd smell but that is no fault of the apartment or host. Would recommend!

Great location with all the amenities that we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking.

I feel very lucky to find this AirBnB. The room is very spacious and complete with a washing machine, stove, 2 air conditioners, a dining table and an elevator. The room is located on the 6th floor so we get a great view to enjoy while having breakfast every day. And the most enjoyable thing is, the location is very close to the LIFE supermarket which is very helpful in fulfilling our daily needs and has a variety of ready-to-eat foods at prices much cheaper than in convenience stores. The supermarket is open until 12 midnight and starting at 10 pm there are already many discounted foods. It's just that the location is relatively far from the nearest train station, so for those who are not able to walk far or have quite a lot of luggage, it might take a little struggle. The host, especially Ken, is very responsive and able to quickly handle our concerns. I highly recommend this place and of course will come back here again if I visit Osaka. Thank you

The owner of the room is very clean, the location is very clean, the location is convenient for shopping, there is a Shanghai restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient if you want to eat temporarily, it is very convenient to not know if the sound insulation is not good or there are entertainment places around you can hear some noise, but because it is very tiring to have fun.So also didn't affect the overall sleep very recommended very good value for money

Location was great. Accessible by public transport with convenience stores within a minute's walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Host was also very responsive.

I used it for 7 people.We had a good time together on Switch and darts. There were also three shower rooms, which was very convenient.

The property is in a nice location with a small park next to it and a rail transit stop next to the park.There are convenience stores and a living supermarket nearby, there is a boutique supermarket about 1.6 km, and a Aeon department store at 2.6 km.Overall convenience is good. The inside of the house can live for four people, there is a refrigerator with a stove, the kitchen utensils are abundant, and there is salt in the fridge.The bathroom has a small bathtub. The interaction with the housekeeper was also very smooth and worth the stay.

Perfect for large families and very close to the subway.The environment is good, very quiet, and I will come again next time!

Great traditional house and hospitality

Great host, responsive when we had questions, but didn't bother us on a daily basis.The house is small but accommodates three of us.The room was very clean and the smell was very comfortable.If I come to Osaka next time, I will also choose this listing.

The homeowner was very kind and responsive. Environment: The house is large and relatively new, the kitchen is clean and the room bed is clean and reassuring. Transportation: Convenient transportation, there is a subway and JR in 10 minutes on foot, and it is a good walk. Shopping: There is a supermarket within 3 minutes, convenient; there is a local mall, similar to IKEA, but no shopping. Score: Inflatable entertainment equipment keeps kids happy, the host also carefully prepared a stroller, umbrella. I will choose Osaka next time.

It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. If you take a limousine from the airport, It was really nice to be close to Doton Plaza.

I was so satisfied 5 min. walk from Hanazonocho Station It is located about a 15-minute walk from Tengachaya Station.

This Airbnb was perfect for a short stay in Osaka. The Airbnb was clean and centrally located with easy access to the subway station and Dontonburi. We had a little difficulty with check-in because we didn’t realize the check-in instructions were in the link that she sent us via chat. Once we located the link, the instructions were very easy to follow.

Great place to stay with fantastic connectivity if taking public transport - two major lines are just a few mins walk from the home. Slightly lacking in certain amenities (e.g. pots, pans, cutlery) if I am nitpicking, but otherwise a lovely place to stay in and would definitely consider staying here again in the future if in Osaka :)

5 people stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Communication with the host was very good, they responded sincerely, and provided a lot of convenience, such as adjusting the check-in time. There is a subway station within 5 minutes walk, so it is a great place to travel around many areas. There are convenience stores nearby and several restaurants, so the convenience was good. There are 8 beds, but the space may be a little small for 8 people. Personally, I think up to 5 people is suitable. There was a bit of dust on the floor or in the corners under the bed in the bedroom which bothered me when I was leaving my luggage or something. Other than that, overall, I'm mostly satisfied.

We stayed here for 7 days 6 nights with a group of 7 adults and 3 children (ages 3-4). Everything was well-organized, and the location was very convenient. There were some occasional noises from speeding cars at night, but nothing too disruptive. At first glance, the rooms looked small in the pictures, but in reality, the space was just right. The accommodation had two separate bedrooms—one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. The living room also had a bed with a partition, which provided some privacy and minimized disturbance for those in the common area. Additionally, there were 1-2 extra mattresses available. There was one bathroom and an additional shower room, which was sufficient for our group of 10 people. The kitchen was functional, but the downside was that there were too few plates, bowls, and glasses. Overall, it was a great value for money, and we highly recommend staying here.
