The whole house was spotless and tidy and according to the photos.Communication with the host was smooth and quick to respond.The museum and several restaurants are easily accessible from inside the building via the car yard.And there are guards throughout the building and the staff at the lobby are courteous.The only thing that was bothered was the stench of the channel.The first day of stay opened the door, it smelled from the kitchen and the toilet in the master room.I bought my own air freshening spray to deodorize, but the next day there was a stench and it just wasn't strong the first day; and there would be unspecified water damage in the corners of the toilet.Other than the channel issues, everything else was fine, easy and comfortable for 6 days.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

This was my first time booking an airbnb and it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Irma is so kind hearted and a wonderful host. The place felt like home, clean and comfortable and filled with positive energy. I have already decided to book it again for our next stay!

The location is close to the subway station, making it convenient to travel to other places. Since the road is nearby, you can hear some traffic noise, but it’s not too loud when the windows are closed, so it was fine. The swimming pool and gym were great to use, and I especially liked that the pool was very large. The house had plenty of storage space, making it very convenient to organize belongings. Simple snacks and essential items were provided, which made my stay more comfortable. Although there was no washing machine, a laundromat was nearby, making it easy to use (about 10,000 IDR per kilogram). Most importantly, the host was very responsive and handled everything quickly, which was great. He was very kind, and I highly recommend this place.

Great place for the price. Generally the Apartment neighbourhoods is a nice place. And the plus point is we have direct access to Neo Soho and Central Park. The host is also very responsive when we are reaching out. Thanks for the accommodation 👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Emillya's place. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, connected to a mall, and just a short 5-minute walk to the MRT, making it super easy to get around. The apartment itself is excellent, with a high-ceiling window offering a great view of the city. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need—smart TV, iron and ironing board, microwave, electric stove, hairdryer, and more. There were a few minor issues with cockroaches initially, but Emillya was quick to help, and we barely saw any after that. One thing to keep in mind is that the building is mixed-use, with offices as well, so the elevators can get a bit busy during the weekdays and you'll share elevators with office workers as well. All in all, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
