Excellent experience! 100% recommended. They were always very clear and communicative, they welcomed us very well, they really made us feel right at home. They gave us recommendations and were always there for us if we needed anything. The apartment is as seen in the description, comfortable, clean, with everything you need to spend your vacation on the beach. You can cook if you want, but there are also restaurants in the same complex.

A spotless apartment, everything new and well done, perfect for 6 people, 8 could sleep, two in the armchair, very accessible host, large and comfortable parking, good area for grills, with permanent water, I loved it! Only the surroundings are no longer as nice as years ago, I had not been to the island for over 18 years. But I would stay in the same place again, but you definitely need a car.

Probably, today located in the best area of the island. Very pleasant modern apartment with a lot of natural light facing the ocean with a fantastic view of the sea. In a island where water shortage is common, did not have any issue with it. Nice modern kitchen and appliances. Very pleasant stay and very friendly hosts. Will certainly return whenever possible

Great apartment Spotless furniture and beds, We were 4 adults and it has a large tank that despite supplying water day in between, we never saw each other in need or concern. The residence is very well cared for, as well as the building, you can see that the condominium does its work. The super safe place, electrical equipment and first-class kitchen. If you go with teens or children, ideal, each room has its TV with smart TV and another large TV in the living room. we would definitely be back here.

Mr. Julio's attention was excellent at greeting me at the apartment on Avenida 4 de Mayo, Margarita. All the service was successful, fast and efficient. In addition, the conditions of the apartment were exactly the same as those published, so the issue of the elevator was not a problem for me as I was aware of it and I decided to wash the apartment taking that into account. Therefore, I give it five stars. What I liked the most about the apartment, personally, was the speed of the internet, since it was vital to have a high speed connection to be able to work remotely from the apartment. Simply add, I have no complaints.

Great location, very close to the most popular beaches of the island, especially Playa Guacuco and the Makay Club. A quiet overnight stay, surrounded by mountains and their wildlife, with the sound of the sea as a background musical thread and a lovely view. The house is comfortable, with multiple spaces that invite you to rest. The service was excellent, always attentive to details, and the food, really delicious. It was my first experience staying in a house in Margarita (I usually stay in hotels) and I was enchanted.

Everything was perfect! I loved the apartment and its amenities! I would only suggest that they install a microwave, since there are things that would be easier to heat in it than in the kitchen and dirty a pot or pan... but everything else is excellent! It's a suggestion, nothing bad
