Great apartment close to everything in Castellammare del Golfo

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

This was the perfect place for us, as a family with a small child, to stay. The apartment is spacious, has a small garden area and is equipped with everything it needs. Also a kids chair was provided for free. The double bed was the only thing that disturbed us a bit, since it was not very comfortable. The communication with Mariano was great, very friendly and super helpful. The street in front of the house is very busy and the sidewalk quite hard to manage to the beach with a kids stroller, but we did it and after a few times we knew the best route by heart :) All in all just a really really good experience!

Claudio and Giuliana are kind people and always available for every need. The house is well located in the historic center of Palermo from which you can reach all the places of historical and cultural interest of the city.

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Listing more than recommended! Wonderful location in the heart of the city. The rooms are very spacious. Exchanges with Zaynep super fluid. Zaynep is really extremely responsive and does not hesitate to give very useful advice. The rooms are very spacious. If we really had to find a defect (but really not very serious), the shower had little pressure in the water and the drain slightly clogged. Thank you for everything Zaynep and we would not hesitate to return to your home if we return to Palermo.

Alessia’s place is in a fantastic location! I love the space with the room upstairs. Alessia is also an amazing host - she let us check in early and was really communicative throughout the stay. Thanks Alessia :)

What a glorious place to stay in Palermo. A short walk to Quattro Canti and just about everything else you may want to do in Palermo: great markets and food stores, opera and symphony, dining, buses to outlying areas, churches, etc. The two floor unit, with two separate patios, is exquisite. The kitchen is professional for cooks. The interior construction and amenities are top-notch. As for the host, she’s an exceptional person: warm, accommodating, so interested in knowing everything is OK. Five stars in every category.

We had a wonderful week in this very cozily furnished apartment with spectacular views across the valley and the sea. We felt very comfortable, just like at home, because we were so kindly welcomed by Marta and her parents, provided with eggs from our own chickens and fruit and always ready to help us with advice and excursion tips. A great location and recommended in every way!

Probably one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at. The apartment feels very homey, it was perfectly clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is great and feels very local with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and in a walking distance to the city center. Shops & supermarkets also close by. Daniela was very friendly and helpful, showing real interest in us and helping us with local recomendations. It was a pleasure! 10/10

Luigi's home in Palermo was wonderful. The accommodations had everything you needed for a great stay and a remarkable terrace to spend your evenings. Luigi was an exceptional host - they helped connect us with a driver to and from the airport and were just so helpful and kind! I was so glad I got to meet them if only for a few min!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant, we really feel at home. It is about 10min max walking to the historic center and a block from the market (keep in mind). If the area is not known it can be shocking but the truth we asked Giuseppe and he told us it was very quiet. The apartment is worth it

The apartment, clean and stylish, is in a strategic position, immersed in the famous district of Ballarò, 2 steps from the main monuments of the historic center and the popular market, but at the same time it is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. I also easily found free parking under the house, thanks to Riccardo's tips. The neighborhood, unlike what I've read in some reviews, quite safe and not at all dangerous despite being a girl traveling alone. Very kind host: he gave me useful tips on activities to do and places to visit, in the apartment I was also able to taste an excellent new oil, Nocellara del Belice, from the Voglie di Sicilia company. Comfortable apartment: it is equipped with everything,(from the washing machine to the crib for children); it has 2 wonderful terraces from which you can see the roofs of the historic center, the surrounding mountains and the spires of the cathedral. Really stupid! I'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Mediterranea Domus 1 while climbing in the San Vito Lo Capo area. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Andrea was a fantastic host—quick to respond to our questions and very helpful throughout our stay. In December, we had no trouble finding parking just around the corner from the apartment, which was very convenient.

Duplex apartment with terrace in the heart of Palermo. The area is very central and allows you to visit everything on foot. Located on the top floor (3) of a building with a clean marble stairwell. We arrive with a lockbox but the host Rosario is very responsive even on Sundays for a defective coffee machine😉. Dusty elevator. Large living room, dining room adjoining the kitchen, equipment for a basic kitchen but there are so many restaurants, why cook? Two large bedrooms at the top of the stairs each with their own bathroom WITH windows (luxury). Furniture heathered tastefully. Terrace with a dining table, a sheltered outdoor lounge and all with an extraordinary view of a church! One of the most beautiful apartments we've rented. Lively and lively neighborhood, on (safe) located on the top floor, the hubbub didn't bother us at all. Anyway, we highly recommend it! Thank you Rosario
