Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Citta di Castello

I stayed in Lorenza's house with my family and a couple of friends, we had a great time, the kids had a really good time and there was ample space to move around and play. Rustic and clean house. Beautiful garden and cities around a convenient location! Recommended

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

This stay was the absolute highlight of a month long holiday- peaceful beautiful and comfortable with easy access to Anghiari. I would go back to this location any time we just loved it! Anna was a great communicator and everything was accurate as per the listing.

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

Paolo is a great host and his place is first class. He met us at check in, explained everything about the apartment, and had good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. A 5 minute drive from town it is in a very peaceful location with nice views of the countryside and easy parking. It was perfect for making short day trips to many of the surrounding beautiful walled villages of Tuscany, and was the perfect setting to come back to at the end of the day. The apartment has very comfortable beds and is beautifully furnished. My wife and I found this a perfect place for our 5 days of exploring the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Medici Donnini. The house is beautifully perched on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan countryside—a truly magical setting. The apartment is spacious and radiates the charm of a classic country estate. It is tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques, which are impeccably maintained and add so much character and elegance to the space. The region itself feels like an open-air museum—a perfect gateway to immerse oneself in the history of e.g. the Renaissance. Stunning cultural treasures besides Arezzo such as Florence, Cortona, and Montepulciano are less than an hour away, making it an ideal base for exploration. The communication with our hosts was flawless—warm, thoughtful, and so accommodating. Lucia and Federico made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely accommodation and would not hesitate for a moment to return if we find ourselves in Tuscany again. Grazie mille!

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time it turns out to be practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended !

The environment is very good and the interior of the apartment is also very beautiful and clean, it will go again!But for the first time, the hotel is on the hill, so it is not easy to find the location clearly, and you need to pay attention to the intersection when driving.

An incredible view and beautiful space to spend with family and friends. Everything was spotless and in great condition. Quick 5 min drive into a walled Tuscan town with multiple grocery stores. Bring your own spices/oil and kitchen supplies as the kitchen had none.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Villa Belvedere is a beautiful and peaceful place, my partner and I chose to stay here with our family for our symbolic wedding and it was perfect. The manager of the property was brilliant and helped us arrange every detail of our wedding day leading up to our stay and was always on hand throughout our stay to help us with any issues or answer our questions. All the staff were so kind to us and helped make our stay feel really special. The in house team of staff were very professional and amazing at their jobs, the florist Rita and the chef Antonita really impressed us and we had truly the most magical and memorable time here. We got married in October and despite some heavy rainfall leading up to the day, we had beautiful warm sunshine all day on our wedding! The staff had worked with us to plan an alternative idea for our wedding if it was raining which we really appreciated too. They also recommended musicians who were amazing! Thank you so much to all of you!
