Great ventilation great lighting and great styling of furniture and decor. Peaceful place for friends to gather along with the perfect location, just close enough to the city. Megan was responsive and very helpful, 10/10 experience overall!

Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

Tuan’s place was very charming, clean, comfortable beds. In a very quiet neighborhood. Tuan was responsive and helpful. The house sits near an airport and planes were passing overhead while we stayed all day. Perhaps, it was just for the fringe festival. Very good stay overall!

What a beautiful old bluestone house located in a lovely, quiet, southeastern corner of the city. It has plenty of room, all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable beds. It is close to great restaurants, cafes, pubs and a supermarket. We were in Adelaide for the fringe festival and Writer's week and it was a 15-20 minute walk or a very easy commute by Ubers. There's also lots of e-scooters if you use them. The house was a beautiful sanctuary after busy, loud days at the Fringe. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Rosie’s house.

Loved our stay and will definitely be back! Excellent location close to restaurants, cafes, coffee and bars in easy walking distance and the inclusion of parking was very convenient! The house had everything we could need for a week away, was very generous in space and comfortable for our group of 6. Communication from Jessie and her team was excellent and very responsive. Clear instructions received for check in/out made everything run smoothly. Thanks for a great place to stay while in town!

The accommodation was in a great location with easy walking distance or free public transport to destinations within the CBD. Green spaces right across the road were great for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a carpark was everything we needed. The accommodation was also child-friendly with a lack of breakables but plenty of cushions to build a fort in the lounge room. While quite a large accommodation complex, we didn’t hear the neighbours but they might have heard our kids. Andrew was very helpful with local eatery recommendations, offers of early access and late check-out, and thoughtful welcome treats. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Central location in the middle of CBD with very clear instructions on how to access lock box and key. Apartment is as described with a well equipped bathroom and laundry, was a great base for us whilst attending a conference and entertaining an 8-month old.

We had a fantastic stay at The Retreat—a cosy, comfortable spot right in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with an easy walk to all the major events, restaurants, and attractions. It made exploring Adelaide a breeze! The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The only downside was the lack of included parking, with nearby options costing around $30 a day—something to keep in mind. That said, the location and overall experience more than made up for it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 5 stars.

Great place to stay, nice big apartment with big bedrooms, bathrooms were a little small. Very centrally located, which has the downside of being on a main road so you get some traffic noise, it really wasn't a problem though. Huge TV + a TV in the main bedroom. The AC's did make some noise, like the fans were squeaking as they spun, if this kind of thing bothers you it might be a problem. The shower could also use more water pressure, this wasn't to much of a problem either though. If you're looking for a good place to stay in the center of Adelaide I fully recommend it

The location next to North Terrace is excellent. North Terrace is where one can find lots of tourist attractions. It is very near to Rundle Mall where one can find lots of eating and shopping. Coles and Woolsworth is in the mall. Right outside the apartments are the Tram station and bus stops which can bring you to a lot of places of interests. Cath has kindly allow us early check-in as we arrived on an overnight flight. I would recommend her apartment to my friends and colleagues if they visit Adelaide.

Great stay! The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and Marilyn was friendly in all communications :)

Our host was fantastic, giving us an option to leave bags prior to official checkin as previous tenants had left early. Hera also did lots of little things like having fresh flowers in many of the rooms, a bottle of milk and fruit in the fridge on arrival. The unit was spacious and although dated in parts, completely functional and exceptionally clean and homely. Tram within walking distance and buses available close by. Many restaurants in the area however as we were there over Easter only a limited number were open. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment easy to use for my work trip. Quiet street but easy to walk to busy area as well as parks nearby. Mason very responsive and friendly on messages and gave helpful parking tips.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Instructions were easy to follow, located near Rundle mall plenty of food choices to choose from. Place was well presented and communication between host was great.

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

Apartment was very close to CBD. Perfect location for the price. All kitchen appliances were great. Wifi didn’t seem secure was only downside. Other than that would highly recommend

We had a fantastic time at Giovanna’s home. There was so much space in the living area for us to spread out and relax. The house was in a great quiet spot and we were able to walk to a Parkrun on the Saturday morning.
