Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a medium-big group with plenty of space and comfort. There were lots of power sockets which aided our group greatly. The downstairs rooms unfortunately didn’t have air conditioning but small fans were provided. There was a minor issue within the kitchen - we found a couple of very dirty bowls with old food on them that had been put away. Other than that, everything seemed clean. The pool was one of the favourite amenities. Very clean. The only downside was the wasps that kept flying over from the nearby tree, but we understand that is hard to repel especially when we’re outside. Due to the size of the house, it did take a while to find the hot water system. Perhaps clearer instructions could be provided for future guests. We loved the layout of the house, especially the alternate pathway to get to the downstairs rooms from outside. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Beautiful well appointed house 5 minute drive away from coles and the gas station. The house was very nice and clean and there was an abundance of board games and dvds to keep kids occupied. It was extremely spacious and even with 10 guests everyone had lots of space to move about. The tree swing in the garden was a nice touch and in the evenings we spotted a few kangaroos lounging around which was an added bonus. All in all lovely house, would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful stay. Well located - easy walk into town and the beach. We were down for a couple of weddings and the house was an easy walk to where the wedding buses had pick up/drop off (a popular spot for this). Amazing AMAZING playroom, our son adored it. Not sure how we’ll take him on holiday to somewhere without one of these now! Great outdoor area with trampoline and swing set. Well equipped kitchen. Great shower and bath. Everything you could ask for plus more. Multi-generational family stay. Highly recommend and hope to be back at some stage.

Excellent location with v short walk to lovely beach. Good sized swimming pool. Unit spacious and it was excellent to have 2 bathrooms. Very short drive to eateries.

Great central location, spacious and clean house with a lovely backyard! Perfect for a trip down south.

Such a beautiful property and a very friendly host. Would recommend any day!

Our party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the owner even let us bring our dog at short notice. The house was spacious enough for our group. The highlight for us was the open fireplace - which was thoughtfully made ready with a bag of free firewood on our first night. There is plenty of space outside, with a large grassed area for the kids to enjoy. Being directly across the road from the beach, and a walkable distance to Dunsborough, this house really couldn't be located any better.

Such a relaxing home for our family for our holiday stay. So close to the beach for swimming and to throw a line in off the jetty. The backyard is very family friendly, very handy to have an outdoor shower in the backyard. Enjoyed having a morning cuppa on the front porch. Highly recommend this beautiful home - you won't be disappointed.
