Holiday rentals with a hot tub in City of Leeds

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Perfect location for gettingvout and about in West Yorkshire with takeaways and supermarkets walkable and nearby. Valentinos Italian restaurant was fab for dinner too. Our hosts wetr friendly and helpful wiyhout being intrusive. The lodge garden area was a great sunspot and it was lovely reading in the chillout room overlooking the park after a busy day. Really recommend.

Just back from a 2 day stay at Hollies cottage, what a beautiful little place so cozy with breathtaking views of rolling hills and wildlife. Thank you Jo for all your helpful instructions on how to get there. The cottage was like home from home with everything we could possibly need to make our stay so comfortable. Saddleworth View was amazing! Our host Naeem had everything in place for us prior to arrival, and the accommodation was even better than the pictures and description! Comfortably housed 9 guests for a full weekend! The views are great! The entertainment system and hot tub (with TV) was amazing. The communal areas were just breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again!

Would not hesitate to recommend Bella’s gorgeous home everything in it is class, clean, modern, great hot tub & the reed diffusers make it smell lovely comfy bed and all within walking distance of lovely pubs, and restaurants, and the town centre, nice little touch of leaving a bag of M&S Crisps & Cookies.

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

Our stay was lovely. Property was beautiful perfect location for our plans and the communication before and after was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Visited with 5 friends for a relaxing one night stay. The pictures do not do the lodge justice, when exploring around the lodge it is a lot bigger inside than what it looks on the outside. 2 bathrooms which made it comfortable for all. We had a slight issue with the gas running out and Michael responded within a couple of minutes to fix it for us. Hot tub was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is big enough to make meals comfortable. Would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

We’ve just come back from our three night stay at the lodge, and what a wonderful place it was. From the cleanliness, to feeling right at home. The lodge was beautiful inside and out - we certainly made use of the tub, and fully enjoyed the balcony with the wildlife around us everyday even the deers running across the field. The beds were super soft and comfy so we had a perfect nights sleep. Vicky was great checking in with us to make sure we got there and to make sure there wasn’t any issues - which there wasn’t. We would definitely come back again for the sheer beauty of the lodge and the perfect peaceful place. Thank you for being our host :)

The lodge was homely and as advertised. It was immaculately clean and we loved the extra touch’s that made our stay relaxing The area was lovely and so beautiful. The outdoor area around the lodge was private while still overlooking the gorgeous views of the fields. Rachael was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had.

The lodge was lovely, the location spectacular and the hot tub was fabulous. waking up to lambs every morning was a pleasure. There are some amazing walks around the area and it's not too far to walk for a really nice meal.

Lovely stay at the lodge. Great location for the train into Harrogate and York. We were blessed with good weather so enjoyed alfresco drinks and a dip in the hot tub.

We had a fantastic time at Duncan’s place. The cabin has absolutely everything you need for a really relaxing stay. We would definitely come back again. Cosy, comfortable and the perfect spot to escape for a few days.
