House holiday rentals in City of Parramatta Council

The Haven was a wonderful stay for our group. We enjoyed the amenities, the house was spacious with plenty of areas to relax & hangout. We found it a reasonably priced for our group and in an excellent location close to shopping centres and public transport. All instructions were clear throughout the house and Fred’s communication was faultless. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly as a weekend to stay for large groups 😊 Thanks again to Fred for accomodating us, being flexible and being an excellent host. We will happily keep ‘The Haven’ as a future accomodation spot when visiting Sydney for an event.

We had 10 adults, 5 children and 2 babies stay at the house for 3 nights. Plenty of bedrooms, with lots of spaces to relax and unwind. The open kitchen and lounge were great spaces to come together. We enjoyed being able to eat all together at the dining table which catered for us all with the extra chairs. The pool was a hit with the kids. When things were missing like tea towels, dishwashing tablets etc, Eric was only a phone call away and came with replacements. The air conditioners in each bedroom were great during the warm evenings. A great place for big families or friend groups to come together.

Beautiful tranquil setting , abundance of space / room in the PentHouse accommodation area. Easy access to where we needed to travel to (beaches / city / inner west Would highly recommend to anyone or families when staying in Sydney’s Upper North Shore

We had a wonderful stay at Jarita’s property. It was easy to find and exceptionally clean, with clear and helpful instructions provided by the host. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay in the Parramatta area. We attended a wedding in Minchinbury, and the property’s proximity to shops made it even more convenient. The added bonus of a pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!!

We absolutely loved our stay in the guest house. Such beautiful surroundings with a well maintained pool and house interior. The host always responded to messages straight away if any issues occurred. Would highly recommend the stay at the beautiful guest house. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again 😊

What a great house to stay in for the weekend with our family ! Hasma's home was clean and comfortable and had enough room for all 15 of us. We all enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. The home had plenty of bathrooms and toilets to accommodate us and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and living areas. The home was as pictured with 3 living areas and a great kitchen. A very comfortable home to stay in, highly recommend! Hasma and Fatima were very responsive and communication was great.

This house was amazing!!! It was clean, and very neat! Was so spacious and with teenagers allowed everyone to have their private space! Pool was beautiful and inviting! Kitchen was well equiped and easy to navigate! This property was close to everything we needed and was quiet with beautiful surroundings. Megan was an exceptional host, answered all questions quickly and with ease! Will def recommend and stay again!

Here’s a thoughtful and positive review: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this two bed room house, the home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to shops, cafes, and public transport. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and convenient place to stay in Sydney, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next visit!

Great location, close to the train station.

Maria’s place was clean and spacious for our big family (9 adults and 2 toddlers). Located in a quiet neighborhood, slightly further from the city but not an issue for us with a car. We also appreciated all the cooking equipment provided (microwave, oven, bbq, pans, utensils etc). Maria was very helpful and responsive too. One thing to note is 4 of the bedrooms are on the second floor so you will have to carry the luggage up a rather steep flight of stairs. Overall we had a great stay! :)

The host ying was very responsive and she helped us a lot with any of our queries. Will definitely stay here if i get an other chance.
