Excellent service, always attentive to questions and needs that might arise, very quiet area

The apartment is very well located near main avenues, which allows you to move quickly to other areas of the city. The access is independent and the area is quiet, so one has privacy. Overall it's a cozy place with plenty of space. The communication with the host was efficient and he was attentive.

a nice place to spend it as a family and clear you. Just consider that on Mondays the lagoon does not open and access is not allowed. Host always attentive and very flexible

It was a great place! The view is spectacular, the place is wonderful, quiet and very peaceful.

Everything is fine, except for the noise from the upstairs apartment, which was heard even when they sweep :(

The location is amazing, the old quarter restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away, plus the area is safe to walk around. The host explains everything in detail and was always aware of my doubts, in addition the guard of the building was also very friendly. Everything was excellent. :)

The stay was very good and the instructions to access were very clear, Gabriel allowed us to arrive a little before check-in time. The place is very close to the center and tourist places of Monterrey and can be reached by walking. I would stay here again without thinking about it.

The place is more than comfortable and impeccable besides that the hosts are more than friendly and in addition to that we were left inside the room many amenities that you only find in 5 star hotels was very good to my liking that room is more than satisfied

Excellent location (steps from a HEB and Rufino Tamayo Park. Excellent amenities, with weather in each room, excellent for short stays and not so short. Excellent communication and attention. I certainly recommend and would come back again.
