Beautiful house in a great location. 5 minute walk to the square where there are great restaurants and things to do. All of the tour companies were able to pick us up at the front door. Rebeca was very responsive. The backyard is its own oasis & vacation on its own. We wish we could have stayed longer to truly soak all of that in. Amazing place. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing house. Even nicer than the photos. Gorgeous view of Arenal from the top deck. Lovely pool. It was a super relaxing visit. The AC units are only in the bedrooms but this was not a problem at all and my husband is very much an AC person. We had fans going and the AC from the bedrooms came into the living room, so it was very comfortable and cool. Great internet. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much, close to town, couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much Sindy!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend both of the nearby sodas for a delicious and authentic meal. The beds were comfy, and one of the bathrooms was wheelchair accessible. The kitchen was well-appointed, with coffee provided. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evenings.

This is a very beautiful place and special experience. The home is designed for optimal indoor/outdoor living and comfort. The veranda with a variety of furniture and the pool are so inviting and comfortable. The space on the farm/estate is so tranquil that we declared our time there a retreat. Jose is a very kind and responsive host who communicates well and is very proactive in giving local recommendations tailored to your interests. The place is furnished well and there is a supermarket very nearby. There are plenty of beautiful things to check out in the area but most are at least 1/2 hour away by car. Like other reviewers, we enjoyed an evening and meal with Jerry as our chef. He is very warm and amiable and the meal was declicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this special Airbnb.

Sandra was incredible! We loved our stay and devoured every single morsel of her delicious Costa Rican breakfasts every morning! The fresh orange juice was outta this world, so refreshing. We could have stayed at her place for another month! Thank you thank you!!

A little house made for rest. Lots of nature around, we could even appreciate a pair of Lapas. The house has spacious spaces even if it only has a room. Very tidy and clean.

This is a very nice, secure, spacious, family home in a local Costa Rican town. All the locals are extremely friendly, and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. We woke up every morning to see a beautiful white horse in the backyard, hummingbirds galore, and there was even a sloth family that lived in the trees above the playground down the street. Andrea is a fabulous host, who really cares about your stay, and checks in daily. We did a pineapple tour, visited the butterfly gardens, relaxed in thermal springs, and of course saw the volcano Arenal. There is so much to do nearby. We would rebook this place in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay with Ivania very much! The property is very much set in the trees giving a true Costa Rican experience. There are a few animals and insects around, so if this bothers you then go somewhere else. However, for anybody else who is used to this sort of thing, I highly recommend it! Good WiFi, Air Conditioning and Parking. The highlight was the meal that Ivania cooked for us. Absolutely incredible, all guests should ask for this!

The house was very clean, well decorated and fully equipped. We felt right at home and there was enough space for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 teens). The house (which is actually two separate condos) is located in a nice gated neighborhood and is only a 5-mins drive to multiple restaurants and is near many attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Josh was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and gave us a lot of ideas about the surrounding area. Feeling right at home, right away. We only wished we booked 10 days not five. Again... the many different birds all around us was cool. The pool was perfect along with the view of the Volcano. I'll come back in the future. We also loved that it was 14 minutes outside of La Fortuna. Which made for a very relaxing stay.

One of our best Airbnb experiences. Our stay here was one of our highlights of our whole trip. Jocelyn gave us a tour of their active farm and we loved it so much. The pool was amazing and clean. The house was great and just outside of town. She left us fruit from the farm to enjoy. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in La Tigra! The home is very private at the dead end of a road in a "locals only" area. The gardens are large and beautiful with lots of see and the sounds of the rushing river and birds. The house accommodated us well spatially though there were a couple maintenance issues - dishwasher out of order upon arrival and one of the 3 bathrooms had a stinky septic issue and was unusable during our stay. Our stay was especially memorable because of all of the time we spent with Giovanni and his lovely family at Guapote lodge, just across the river bridge. We ate all of our meals there and they made us feel like family. Also highly recommend Proyecto Asis, a nearby animal sanctuary. Would absolutely return to the area!

This was a lovely Airbnb! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, even coming by within 10 minutes to let us in the gate during a power outage. Pool was very warm and our family loved playing in the waterfall. There were only 4 of us, but more could easily stay here comfortably! TVs were easy to figure out and stream Netflix.

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

Nice stay with the families. The house was perfect for our needs and the kids loved the pool! We saw toucans there:) Jonathan was very welcoming, he responded very quickly. A very nice stay. We highly recommend!

We loved staying at JJs place! Fabulous setting with big open green spaces for the kids to play and amazing views of the volcano. The kids had a blast in the pool and it was fun to cook in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Highly recommend JJs place to others!

Everything was great! The place is a bit of a ways from the town (5 min drive) but it felt super private and cozy for a big group. Highly recommend it

Adrian was an incredible host! He was kind, gracious, and friendly. We were excited about all the birds in the area and he was ready and willing to share his knowledge with us. He even came to get us when he heard an owl he knew we were hoping to spot! He was quick to respond whenever we had a question and was thorough with all the information he gave. The home was very comfortable and in a truly beautiful setting. There is a river on the property that we enjoyed walking along. Our stay was spectacular!

Excellent place, loved it and I would go back to the place, many things to do in the area. Nicer than the photos , a little tricky to arrive if you travel at night but the place is wonderful
