When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This place is truly breathtaking and the hospitality shown was incredible. Super comfortable bedding, very well stocked kitchen with all appliances. The attention to detail with the property is outstanding and it is so well finished, we felt lucky to be able to stay. Perfect stay, already want to visit again.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

This was a perfect stay! The accommodation is located in a quiet village, with a very nice view, really peaceful, while being close to amenities as well as the main cities to visit in the area. The space is rustic but not lacking in all amenities. Same baby amenities, at their best! Raffaele is super friendly, welcoming and available to give all the directions and suggestions. Maria Francesca is the nicest host, very accomodating and her place is beautiful. Exceptional location close to restaurants grocery stores, cafés, etc. with a gorgeous view of Assisi from the front balcony. The huge back terrasse is drenched in sunlight all day with a table in the shade; the perfect place for lunch or dinner al fresco. The appartment is fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Highly recommended! F
