Great location and value! Marcus was a great host and even recommended a wonderful restaurant. The place is nice and clean. Close location to downtown and private. Only noise we heard was a few dogs in the neighborhood! Would definitely recommend to all!

I'm sad that my stay was short. My partner and I was in the area after an event and to celebrate our anniversary the weekend we stayed there. We both fell in love with the location, the cottage, and everything in between. The moment we stepped in, we both went, "we gotta come back here again in the summer time and for creative writing space." Donna's was super attentive and her response was fast and helpful. We would love to come back and stay there if we're ever close by again.

Hopes place was just lovely! From checking to check out, such a beautiful view and place. We arrived late into the night, hope left the lights on in the drive way. The place was super cozy and temperate controlled. Though we did not get the opportunity to enjoy the amenities because of the cold weather, we knew they were available and easily accessible. Hope very very responsive and made our stay the best one yet with her recommendations .

This is our second time staying at Maddie’s wonderful compound and I am so glad we’ve found it. I almost don’t want to write this review because I want it stay a bit under the radar :) Perfect location, and all three sleeping areas/“cabins” are so well appointed. Clean, easy to hang out in, great location. Serene. Just an amazing spot.

I've stayed here twice now and each time it has been lovely. It's a perfect place to relax, cook, sit on the deck and enjoy the river go by, or read a book by the fire.

Great location; nice neighborhood; walking trails behind house through the neighborhood were lovely! Older house, but well appointed and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Laurie + Van's home is beyond extraordinary. I landed here when my plans changed and I had two nights open in the greater Portland area. Finding this oasis could not have been a more perfect setting. The photos really don't do justice to the backdrop of Vancouver Lake. They are one of only a few homes on the water and as a result, the sunsets and mornings feel like a rare chance to convene with nature. You can literally watch as the lake comes to life the sounds of fish, geese, hawks and ducks. Van went out of his way to ensure I was able to enjoy the dock, the firepit and their landscape. I sincerely hope to get back here again.

This home is BEAUTIFUL. The river front deck is amazing! The home was squeaky clean and beyond comfortable. There was a basket of local goods which was throroughly enjoyed. The beds are also wayyy comfortable. Location is wonderful seems far removed but not far off from the main highway and town. Bald Eagles Flying by in the day. Great place to fish!

I was looking for a peaceful private escape and found it and so much more. Tim, Lee and Dan went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The place is beautiful, private, clean and just the perfect cabin in the woods. I am counting the days till we return.
