Very friendly, warm, and receptive host. My daughter literally said she would to live in this kind of house when she moves outwit our nest. The backyard was very spacious and had a fence for privacy. Very clean environment. The house was very clean, warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Athens GA.

Tom's house was the perfect place to stay while we were in Athens. It was convenient to campus and downtown, and several restaurants were nearby/walkable. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the amenities we needed to feel at home were included. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect area to stay for a Georgia game. House was extremely clean and it made for a perfect girls weekend. Will plan to stay again at this location. Highly recommend.

Celia's place was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving family visit. Celia was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed petting the goats!

I had such a great time at this Airbnb! The place was super clean, and the homey decorations made it feel so cozy and inviting. One of my favorite parts was the chickens in the backyard—such a unique and fun touch! The entire experience was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for spring parent's weekend for my son's fraternity. His house is in Greek Circle, which makes this location nice and convenient. Has everything you need. Would stay again.

From the time I booked to the end of our stay Sandy was very responsive!! This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo was perfect for our needs during our stay! We came to the area because our daughter had a Gymnastics meet but also to watch the Gymdogs competition as well! The directions were on point and took us right there. We love that it's in a gated, patrolled community! The condo was Very Very Nice! Both beds were comfortable and had clean soft sheets! The bathrooms were the same size and the water pressure was perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio when we had 2 hours downtime. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen but we didn't use it during our stay. I did however take advantage of the washer and dryer! This condo is on the 3rd level with only stairs, no elevator which was fine with us! Always can use a little exercise!! Each night we heard no noises and slept great! We Absolutely LOVED staying here and Recommend Sandy's condo to anyone! A++++++

We stayed for my daughter's graduation at UGA. The location was 5-10 minutes away and held all 6 of us comfortably.

The condo was very nice and clean. The decor is nice and tasteful! We had a wonderful stay and Nanda was very responsive when I messaged. We would definitely stay here again! I really appreciated that there was coffee and everything needed for it and also supplies for everything. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.

Simple, straight forward, quiet condo! This was perfect for graduation weekend and for a short stay. All expectations met and everything was smooth. Would book here again.

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

What a beautiful and serene place to stay while in Athens. Sarah’s place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the unique amenities such as the espresso machine, the sauna, and the lovely outdoor spaces. We deer watched every morning and evening. There is even a 1-mile marked trail to enjoy on the property. We had a wonderful and relaxing time, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from the moment we walked in—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and many amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee bar was great. Sutawee was very responsive. The location was close to the UGA campus. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our visit at Ms Lucy’s place. It was exactly as the pictures showed. When setting the reservation up Ms Lucy was very responsive. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

Our 2nd time staying here and we'd love to keep coming back. Our teenage son loves the pool table, the house is spotlessly clean, and it's super quick and easy to get to the 40 Watt! Host is great with communication, too!

Very clean and so many small, thoughtful touches. Atticus was very accommodating and everything was as described. Would stay again!
