Really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a short drive to downtown, location felt safe at all times. The property itself was well equipped, tidy and comfortable. We lived the bunk beds and the huge bathroom. Would definitely stay again if back to Nashville.

Amazing Hostest! The AirBnB was beautiful as pictured and larger than expected. It is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in instructions were clear, host was always responsive with any questions we had, and the amenities covered just about everything you could need for a 4 day trip. The location is around a 10-15 minute uber/cab from Broadway, so keep that in mind if you plan to be downtown much during your trip. We were walking distance to centennial park which was nice (20 minutes). My only constructive suggestion is new and more (2 specifically) pillows. They are pretty thin or hard, neither very comfortable. The bunk beds only come with 1 thin pillow per bunk, would recommend a second. All in all, we have no major complaints and appreciated the host’s responsiveness.

Our first visit to Clarksville was very pleasant and quite fun. So many choices on Airbnb but we hit a home run with Julian and 2nd street lofts. Centrally located but a feeling of a closely knit neighborhood. We got exactly what we expected and needed. Easy access to downtown and the military base as well as other necessities. The Mailroom restaurant is 1/2 mile down the road and Yellowtail had excellent food. The loft was quiet and had plenty of parking. Julian was an available for any necessity but quite honestly we had no need for much communication as they provided everything we needed.

Super clean and cosy for me and my boyfriend’s little valentines weekend getaway!! This place is 10-20 min from most things (downtown etc.) I felt so at home i never wanted to leave. It has all your basic needs, fridge, pots, pans, oven etc. James communication was fast so we weren’t left waiting for answers to any of our questions! My only complaint would be a few tenets were noisy around us but that is out of the host control ! Will definitely be booking with James again !!

Nice place. Lots of room to move around. We did need to use the sound machine in the LR. The bedroom and living room pullout were close to the road with lots of truck and train noise.

The apartment was great. We felt like we were home, as soon as we opened the door. Julian was an awesome host. He quickly responded to my emails , when I reached out to him with a question. I will definitely be booking this again. I also would recommend this facility and Julian to all those traveling through Clarksville TN. Superb Host.

Wow- what can I even say at this point? All of the reviews are on point. Cozy, absolutely super comfortable space- looks exactly like the photos. Hosts very communicative and responsive to questions! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Clarksville! 🫶 ❤️

The place was nice it had all they listed, also had recommendations to where to go and what to do. They were very responsive when we got there, only problem was the code was not changed (which we didn’t show up till 10pm) but as soon as I called they picked up and fixed it.

This place absolutely felt like home. The cleaning fee is well worth it. You can smell the cleaning supplies in the bathroom, none of the rooms smelled stale, and there was absolutely no dust. Everything you could possibly need is in every area from the kitchen (towels, sponges, dish washer pods) to the bathroom (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap) and extra blankets, pillows and linens in the bedroom. My daughter and I felt safe and secure in the area as well. Some reviewers mentioned noise, however we sleep very hard so we didn’t hear a lot of noise. I definitely will stay here again when we return.

Good location, close enough to Music Row area without being so close that you had to deal with traffic and crowds. Speakeasy was super with a very friendly staff. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We wished the lighting was better and a full length mirror would be a bonus. But honestly not a complaint as much as things to note. The aesthetics of the building are beautiful. Especially the exterior, also great parking. Area felt safe and easy to find.
