Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clayton

We had a great stay. Host met us at the door and showed us around. We two adults, two kids, and a dog and we had room to spare. Kitchen was very well equipped, easy street parking right in front, and though no washer the laundromat was right across the street. Easy walk to cute downtown and the river too. Michael was very communicative and made sure we had a great time. For sure would stay again.

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

We loved staying at the river house. Beautiful view of the river and comfy accommodations. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful- even bringing over flowers for Thanksgiving. The place was nicely decorated for the season. When it snowed, they brought over some sleds for the kids. I would love to come back in the summer! Only drawbacks were that the heating was a bit uneven in the main room with all of the windows, but it warmed up nicely with a fire in the fireplace- which is a great touch. The water smells very sulphur-y, but that’s common in wells near the river. Being from the area originally it didn’t bother me too much. Thank you Cassie and Shana! We had a great time.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

Beautiful home just on the outskirts of town. Convenient access to local area attractions and needs. Would love to stay again in the summer if we return to the area. We had tons of snow on the ground in the area upon arrival, and about 6" more the first night. Gave great instructions so someone could come plow. Excellent host, very accommodating especially considering we needed to make a change to the reservation. Very quick with responses to questions.

We got in late and the porch light was left on for us which was very helpful. It was very cozy and clean. Kid friendly. There wasn’t any clutter so we didn’t have to chase our kids around to keep them out of things. It was the perfect location in Clayton, close to everything. The house had everything we needed, it was a wonderful stay .

Lynden was such a great host! Communication was flawless, she responds within the hour every time. The place itself was just as beautiful as the pictures. My friend kept raving about how particularly clean it was. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay in this apartment. Unexpected bonus: the couches were super comfortable, the body wash smelled so good I had to ask her where it was from and there’s Netflix! I would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb is the best of the best. We found it spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. And the historical building is gorgeous. The location is fabulous and so peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the Portsmouth Tavern down the road and would have walked to the penitentiary had it been open for tours. Unfortunately, it was the off season when we were there. It's an easy drive to find anything you could possibly need. This is our Kingston place and we are hoping we can stay there every time we are in Kingston. It's where you want to stay.

Great place to stay. Very easy to find. Veronica was very friendly and responsive. The place is located on a corner lot so has 2 entrances which made it very easy to park a pickup truck and snowmobile trailer. Would definitely recommend Veronica and this place!!!

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

Convenient location with parking, clean, quiet, simple and well-equipped, and comfortable. Andrew was pleasant to interact with and responsive.

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

Staying at Kurt & Nicole’s place is always a great experience. From the warm hearted and humorous messages - to the finite attention to detail, everything is looked after and followed up with to ensure you the most comfortable stay. Practically everything you may need during your stay has likely already been thought of which makes this place the perfect home away from home in my experience. The loft is located very close (3 min walk) to local restaurants, venues hosting live music/sports, or an art-filled stroll through downtown Kingston. There is also a gym and grocery store within seconds of the unit. Id also strongly recommend you check out the Sandwich shop downstairs 🤫
