Breathtaking! Our family of 5 was traveling to Colorado for a gymnastics meet. Though the meet was in Denver, we wanted our kids to get a taste of the beauty that the mountains had to offer. We found this home to be the perfect blend of what we were looking for. An easy enough commute to Denver for the few times we needed to be in the city, but far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful views. Personally, I could have spent every last moment sitting in the morning sunbeams with my coffee, soaking up the views through the huge windows. But I also can’t forget to rave about the amazing kitchen, beds, hot tub, and game room. We all enjoyed hot tubbing under the stars, and it was lovely to see the kids enjoying the game room and playing games not on an ipad. There are lots of cute shops and restaurants in Idaho Springs that we enjoyed. And the drive along 103 up to Echo Mountain for tubing was stunning. Can’t thank Rachael and Jason enough for a memorable trip!

This house was the perfect base for our ski trip to Loveland. Our kids loved the cozy bedrooms and the downstairs rec room and sauna. The house is absolutely cozy and charming - just like Georgetown! Katya was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Don’s home was absolutely perfect for our large family group of 16! The space was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy and spacious living areas, every detail was thoughtfully designed. Don was an incredibly responsive and gracious host, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We just finished an almost weeklong Stay here! The house was beautiful and everything was well organized. She has everything labeled throughout the house and tons of equipment. Warm floors did not work in master bathroom but weren’t needed. Spices and a variety of cooking tools. Please listen to the host and get 4WD. The drive through the mountain was not bad, but the driveway is very steep. Not bad without snow but 4WD is a must on snowy days. We got snowed in on our last two days and the neighbors came right over to help plow the driveway. They are all super friendly. Please just be aware of the dangers in staying at a mountain resort! We saw tons of wildlife which also included bobcats and mountain lions. These are beautiful animals and this was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Just respect and distance yourself from the wildlife. The locals here make the place even better. Overall, we loved this home and would definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful! Definitely have a 4-wheel drive during winter months (our rental 4-wheel drive broke first day). We walked the St. Mary’s Glacier (All Trails says moderate… it was definitely difficult but worth the view!). We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Was within +/- an hour from major ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! I stayed there with 6 buddies and we played in the Colorado Pond Hockey Tournament in Georgetown. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The garage had pool, darts, and foozeball which kept us all entertained. The living room had a huge tv with a fireplace which was great for relaxing. The views from the deck were beautiful. Would highly recommend this place

If you want adventure, book the Summit House. Everywhere you turn is breathtaking. We woke up the first morning to an 8 point deer in our yard. And some snow and ice. Lol. The house is cozy and lovely. Lots of room. The wrap around porch is wonderful to hang out on and if you sit on that futon, you’re never going to get up. It’s soooo comfortable. We will never forget our time here, especially driving up the crazy winding road to get to the house. That’s mountain life though. We will always have a story to tell. Thanks for having us.

Linda's place has been our favorite stay so far. Everything was clean and comfortable. Linda was an excellent host and even came by in person to show us how to work the hot tub and answer any questions we had. The pictures don't do this place justice- inside and out.
