This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Toni was amazing to work with and was overly responsive. We had an issue and he was able to address it right away and keep us updated on an estimated time of resolution. I love the home and the flexibility Toni was able to provide. we had an amazing stay and Toni was able to provide us with places to visit and local nightlife recommendations. He was overly accommodating and we lived everything about our study and I will be taking all of my extended kids there again soon. Smooches Toni and thank you so very much! ❤️

We had a great stay! The place was spacious for our 9 guests, clean and safe. Fabrice had prompt responses to our messages, and even promptly came to the property when chemicals needed to be added to the pool. We really appreciated his quick action so we were able to enjoy our vacation in the pool. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to the Largo area with a group :)

We, a family of (10), stayed comfortably in this home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenwares and pots and pans. The towels in the bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen towels were nice as well but there were no dishcloths. The heated pool was beautiful, large, well maintained. There were plenty of pool towels. There are a lot of stairs, going up to the main level of the house and also off the deck down to the swim pool, if you have troubles with climbing stairs. We were very happy there. We and our adult children agreed we would stay in this home again.

We were in town for hurricane relief efforts, and found this property provided everything we needed for our crew. All the comforts of home in a very relaxing space. The home was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our crew during our long stay.

This is such a beautiful space! The amenities are amazing, the fully stocked kitchen is simply impressive and the pictures truly were representative of the space. The host thought of everything in the creation of this oasis. All the ladies in our party simply raved about the property. Highly recommend!

Incredible! We felt so lucky we got to stay here and enjoy this well-equipped, centrally located house. The screened in pool is absolutely epic.

Jennifer was an amazing host! We had some issues with getting the pool heater to work and she went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay. She was always super responsive and pleasant with every interaction. The house itself is beautiful - offering various spaces for family gatherings, and thoughtfully equipped with board games and children’s toys. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

House was so beautiful and very clean. Sabrina was so great. I really appreciated her flexibility to allow us to check out a little later. Upscale furnishings and very well maintained property. I would definitely stay again. The outside area and pool was beautiful. The only con was the pool was not heated so some of us could not use it, I really tried but it was just too cold, even though the temp outside was in the high 80's the pool had not acclimated yet. But overall we really had wonderful family time :) Thank you so much Sabrina!

The perfect place to stay with a bigger group! We loved the historic touches of the home with modern features. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful both before and throughout the stay. When we needed something, they responded immediately. The location was easy to take an uber downtown or a walk to Armature Works. Would definitely recommend.

Jakub's place was a wonderful oasis for my family, complete with lively kids and energetic dogs. The sprawling yard provided the perfect playground for our furry friends, who delighted in bounding around and exploring every inch of the grass. Although there’s a dog park nearby, the heat made us decide to keep them home, where they could enjoy the shade and cool grass. My children, along with their grandparents, absolutely adored the crystal-clear pool; it was like stepping into a refreshing paradise, with just the right temperature to indulge in carefree splashes and laughter throughout our stay. The house itself was immaculate and generously equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only minor hiccup during our stay was the neighbor, who would occasionally shout at my kids to keep it down, despite not being during designated quiet hours. Nevertheless, the home's convenient location and the joyful atmosphere more than made up for that.

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Our family of 8 plus a baby had a great time. Tommy was responsive to our calls/texts and the house wasn’t a far drive from the beach/stores/restaurants/parks.

Our large group was comfortable and pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and the many forms of entertainment. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of glassware, plates and flatware. Alyssa was always polite, friendly and quick to respond and meet our need. We highly recommend this very nice house.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and relax. My favorite part about this house was the serene backyard and how much nature there was in the neighborhood. Everything was so clean and accessible. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

Beautiful home as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs in south Tampa. Very comfortable and clean space that was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub are nice as well. Would stay again when back in the area.
