Wonderful getaway, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren for a getaway and we picked the right place and upon arrival there were local cookies, welcome basket and fresh farm eggs in fridge very welcoming touch. From meeting their farm animals, hot tub two times in one evening, family Foosball games, ping pong, cards, board games and snuggling on couch with popcorn from welcome basket to watch movies we had a great time. This is a lovely vintage house in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It’s close to the Loveland town center with its cute shops, nice restaurants, and bike trail access. Since it was just the two of us, we did not use the second floor at all. I would caution that the steps to the second floor are rather narrow and steep, as is often the case in older houses. It did not affect us, but just an FYI.

Communication was amazing with specific details from the Host to align our expectations. They were responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. This home was spacious, clean and the host thoughtfully equipped it with everything we needed, making the stay even more memorable. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Highly recommended!

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.

We had a very nice: comfortable stay at Seth’s! It was very clean upon arriving. It looked just like the picture. The neighborhood is very close to the downtown area. We could have walked there if it wasn’t chilly! It was also a nice place for our pup, who we were able to walk around the neighborhood and had a nice backyard area for him. We would definitely stay again!

Great pet friendly home with beautiful surroundings. This home was quiet and had lots of parking which is difficult to find. The listing was accurately described. The outside was decorated for Christmas which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Jonna gave us a sanctuary for birthday and Christmas celebrations with out of town guests when our furnace broke and became dangerous. Very cozy and relaxing in the midst of our chaos.

Excellent, I would stay here again. The building is safe. I used the gym and was always very quiet.

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

If you are traveling with kiddos , this place is absolutely the one . Very cozy and comfortable .

The hosts were wonderful. Very communicative and helpful. The space was modern, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The provided washer pods to do laundry in full size in unit machines was much appreciated! Great common space on 3rd floor for working as well.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Beautiful town with scenic Riverwalk and restaurants all walking distance. Place was comfortable and clean. Nice hot tub, beds, and kitchen. Would stay again next trip through.

The Flash Lodge is great place for family get away. The house is nice with plenty of room, a full kitchen and available laundry. There is a great large deck and fire pit. The fishing pond is steps from the back door and canoes are available for use on the large lake. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Pamela is great to work with and was always responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Enjoyed everything about this stay. Close to anything you may need. Responsive host, flexible and friendly. We enjoyed our time in this cabin during our visit with family and friends. The little extras they provided were really helpful and appreciated.

Greg is a great guy, family man and always helpful when needed but also giving you your privacy. If you looking for a nice stay at the state park for weekend or two. man this is the place less then two miles to the plubic boat ramp and just over a mile to the beach area Greg is super helpful and has space for a decent size boat to park if communicated through him i sure would be fine Has all you bare items you would need a few pot and pans all your silverware propane stove in and outdoor showers also a small picnic and firepit area Thanks for the stay looking forward to coming back sometime

This was the perfect creative getaway we needed! Thanks so much! We were snowed in and it was simply stunning! We took some walks on the bike trail in the morning to get coffee down the way at Mile 42, hit up Plaid Room Records in the afternoon, and tried almost all the restaurants in downtown Loveland during our week long stay.
