Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

What a lovely little gem we found!! Very clean and smelled lovely as soon as we walked in the door! The whole cottage was clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed and the cottage is very homely, warm and welcoming, we loved it!! Walking distance from Southport and there is plenty to see and do locally with lots of options to eat in or out. Jodie and Paul are great with communication and very friendly, they have created a very peaceful relaxing space where we felt completely at home.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

Stayed for 2 nights in the caravan, was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. In a lovely location close to the sea front.

I came with my two friends to visit the Lake District and I figured this would be the perfect place. And it was! The place was an absolute steal, where the price we paid for was highly worth it. It has an aesthetic background of the sea whilst the atmosphere is very peaceful. Chelsea was a great communicator and did everything she can to make sure our stay was brilliant. If you are looking for a place near the Lancaster region, then this place in Heysham would be perfect for you.

This caravan has everything you need and is clean and comfortable only thing found strange was contacted James who has taken over the caravan which made no difference to our holiday just think should of been notified by Lisa of change

I stayed here with my family (two adults, teenager and toddler). The caravan was spotless . Blackpool is only under an hours drive away so perfect for visiting the zoo and water park. on site was good child friendly entertainment which my little one loved. There is also a swimming pool and arcades on site ( at a small extra charge on arrival). plenty do on site and plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. we would definitely stay here again.

The caravan was lovely and felt like home. Found a lovely easter treat in the fridge 😋 and lots of little homly perks around the caravan which made us smile. Check in instructions were straight forward and detailed directions were given in plenty of time of arrival. Prompt responses from lisa and paul throughout the duration of our stay with useful tips to make life easier. A very enjoyable holiday in a lovely home and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only slight downside was the shower temperature. (Not sure if its shower related or user error 🤣) However, It did not ruin our holiday or our stay in any way and would definaltly love to come back again in the future for a longer stay to explore more of the surroundings. Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Communication was easy and responsive from the booking stage through to occupation. Lovely caravan and well maintained and would certainly look to book again.

The communication was always great from Peter. Instructions were clear and we managed to locate the lodge and self check in with ease. The lodge is warm, welcoming and lovely and spacious with complimentary toys, which our children thoroughly enjoyed playing with. The rooms were spacious and the beds we're extremely comfortable and we all had a decent night's sleep. The lodge is close to all the onsite amenities and only a 7 minute drive from Asda and 20 minute drive from Blackpool. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to returning in the future 😊

Beautiful location and accommodation and excellent for people with reduced mobility

Great last minute weekend at Blackpool blocked in this accommodation to take kids to Pleasurebeach. Very close to pleasure beach. Accommodation was homely, cosy. loft bedrooms which the kids loved. Maybe take a night light for kids bedrooms as pitch dark when vellux blinds closed, also a night light for landing if need to navigate coming down to bathroom at night. Nice little surprise welcome pack! waiting on arrival.

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us while we were visiting relatives in the area. Sue is a wonderful host, responsive and very welcoming, and we felt very much at home. Our dog was also well catered for and enjoyed the safe and secure garden. There are lovely walks nearby, especially along the River Wyre and over towards Singleton. We would heartily recommend this place, and hope to return one day soon.

Beautiful house, made to feel really welcome and it was a home from home. Samantha was really helpful and responsive on the build up to our stay. A lovely little surprise for the kids on our arrival with an Easter Egg hunt and some delicious home made scones from the hosts local cafe. Can also recommend a visit to the Cafe Royal. The beach in Fleetwood was really nice, this house was a great base for us.

My partner, daughters and I stayed in the lodge for 2 nights and had an amazing stay! The lodge was lovely and perfect for us, Becky and Mark were fab hosts too - so friendly and accommodating! Not too far from Blackpool so great for a day out with the kids.
