Apartment holiday rentals in Cockburn Town

I loved my time at Villa Kaya. Renato and Teresa were wonderful hosts, super responsive before and during my stay. They were more than happy to answer any questions that I had, give me local recommendations, etc. They also helped arrange airport pickup and dropoff for me. There were instructions at the property for everything from wifi to local restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. It was very well stocked and i didn't find a single thing missing. All the amenities listed where provided. It was really amazing to have the Golf cart, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella for getting around to the islands amazing beaches. Sunrise each morning was fabulous. The beach at the Villa is so quiet, I only saw 3 people the whole 10 days I was there. Some reviews mentioned bad seaweed on the beach, that was not my experience. There was some buildup of dry seaweed/seagrass on the beach and a little bit in the water, but it was still great for swimming and relaxing.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I love it. it is the lost convenient location on Salt Cay. Debbie is wonderful and knows the island better than anyone, she can guide you with anything you need. She is a great host.

Renato and Teresa were always ready and available to help. They made our trip the best it could be. From great restaurant , beach and sightseeing suggestions, to fixing my bicycle. We were extremely happy with our accommodation and location. Away from the hustle and bustle when cruise boats were in port. We would definitely not hesitate to return. Thankyou Renato’s and Teresa.

The best way to describe my experience was “when you’re here you’re family.” Ed and Faith Anne were amazing hosts who made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. As a solo traveler this was really important to me and I felt like family immediately. They were readily available when I needed them and respected my privacy. The unit was very cute and clean and came complete with a friendly guard dog :) It was located right across from a gorgeous beach and having the golf cart was priceless. I had a great time exploring the island and went on a super fun snorkel trip with the host’s excursion company. I highly recommend staying here and would go back just so I could hang with Ed and Faith Anne again!

Reef House fornthe Win!! iIf you want to get away and let the pressure out. Book a stay with Charlotte! If breath taking sunsets and great food are your forte, this is the spot in Grand Turk! The water is feet away and the AC works great so your sleep like a champ! I will definitely make my way back down in the future to revisit the friends human and animal alike! Go whale watching witj Tim or just get a lilttle tipsy at Jacks Shack or at the Taco Bar with Rosie. Dogs, Donkeys and Cats will keep you company and busy feeding them if you are into animals. I fed a cat for the enitre week I was there our leftover fish and milk. Nothing obtrusive, just friendly folks and animals co habitating om a beautiful island. Bring a book and leave your cares behind! When the ships are in, everything is open. When they are not, its like a private island! Governors Beach is enchanting no matter what, but, if the port is empty, so is the Beach!!!! Lots of great things to say, small island no problems!!!

Virginia (Ginny) is very kind and helpful. Her Airbnb is gorgeous inside and out. It feels like your own home but you’re in paradise. The Airbnb is very spacious and has floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean. The views are spectacular! If you’re looking for a quiet, tranquil, peaceful vacation, this is it! Thank you Ginny!

We stayed in the penthouse and it was incredible! Such a nice space with a lot of room and most esp beautiful views. For guests there are paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, water shoes, snorkels you name it, they have it. Great location for food but be prepared if you arrive late to eat beforehand as not much is open. Small grocery store within walking distance. There is also a wagon to carry your things. The donkeys are so fun and we saw as many as 6 at a time in front of house Couple takeaways: *Felt completely safe. *Barbies Jerk chicken with rice and potatoe salad was amazing and best we had. Be aware though they don’t take out bones so you have to be very careful. *do exclusive escape snorkel tour with Gibbs cay and conch salad. *whale watching with Tim (on Airbnb site) *add the reef house link to your phone it really has everything you need to know *most vendors are only open when ships are in. For margaritaville and jacks avoid when ships are in *get a golf cart for whole time

The perfect “chill” getaway for us! We tend to look for less people/touristy locations & Grand Turk was fantastic! Charlotte was extremely responsive and the App/PDF she provided of local recommendations & information was very helpful. The location was GREAT - right on the beach - away from the cruise ship terminal & easy to get to everything with our rented golf cart. Highlights were - The Ridge cafe (reservations & pre-orders required); The Taco Bar; The Sandbar and the fresh fish “market” just down the beach every afternoon/evening. Also worth a trip the unpaved road (at the end of North Creek road) - and beach off to the left to see if the flamingos are there! We also spent several hours on the water (snorkeling & stingrays at Gibbs Cay) with DJ. (Ask around - it’s a small island - someone will know him).

Debbie was very helpful and always responding fast. The unit is located very centrally near to the dive school.

Great location with beautiful views. Well accompanied kitchen and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!
