Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coclé Province

I highly recommend that you check out Mario’s place. It is close to downtown, but located in a charming Panamanian neighborhood. I have visited El Valle on five different trips, and hands down I prefer this neighborhood. The house is solid. I found no need to use the air conditioning. In fact the tile floor was pleasantly cool to my feet. I most enjoyed the second story deck. I booked Mario’s place with thoughts of using one of the available bicycles, but I was so busy finding new birds as I walked around gripping my binoculars each and every day that I entirely forgot about the bikes. Next time for sure.

Location, location, location. Irene's house is easy walking distance to virtually everything you want to do in El Valle. Coupled with the quality of her house, you cannot go wrong. We sincerely appreciated our stay and would gladly go back to her house anytime we return to El Valle.

My mother and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely home. Luis was a fantastic host, super responsive and proactive to all out needs. The place was so peaceful and spacious. There was such a huge covered outdoor living space to laze around in and enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook there. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were very clean with lots of toiletries available. It was a lovely area to take nice long walks in. This would be a great place for a larger family to stay in, so much room. And there were lots of fans to circulate air, plus on demand AC's if you needed it a little cooler. Would gladly stay here again.

The house is very comfortable and right in front of the beach. For children, family and even for couples is ideal. This is the second time staying here and will definitely be back next year. Alexandra responds super quickly to queries. In addition, Carlos (the person in charge of the house) was attentive to all our needs, he is helpful and friendly. I recommend it full.

Beautifully manicured house with tasteful art. Great location, only a few minutes away from the saltwater pool & restaurants. María Lourdes was a responsive and accommodating host. My family and I will be back.

Had an awesome stay with the family at this villa on the golf course. I intended to get in a round of golf, but weather and other commitments didn't allow it. The villa is huge and had plenty of space for all 11 people in our group. The kids loved the pool, and even some of the adults got in a quick dip as well. We had access to the beach club which was a nice benefit we really didn't expect. There are several restaurants nearby that are not attached to the resort, so don't feel like you have to eat at the resort restaurants. We paid extra to have the golf cart which we were able to enjoy during the day, but the headlights didn't work so we couldn't use it at night. While you're in the area, recommend a day trip to El Valle. Unfortunatley, for us, it rained heavily for like an hour straight, but after that we were able to walk up and down Central Ave. Overall, it was a great trip and Eva's villa made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend!

Great option to go with the family, recommended full

The host is very responsive and you get the booking confirmed immediately. The apartment is located on the 8th floor with a nice view to both the ocean and the laguna. There are no tall buildings around, therefore nothing disturbs the view. Take shampoo with you, and be mindful there is no hot water (often the case in Panama). I was glad the soap for washing the dishes was available together with a sponge. There are enough of pots and plates, just the knives are not sharp, so take one sharp knife with you for cutting vegetables. Overall, our stay was good, and I would come back again. Thank you!

We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The apt is welcoming, with an amazing view and all the amenities to want to stay longer and/or return. Omar is super attentive and pending. The area is simply perfect and quiet.

Burma's place was great for my family. The balcony with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The beach and property were clean. Burma's condo was as described and suited all of our needs.

Carlos Andrés is a super host, always very attentive and responded quite quickly. Some little details that were unclear were resolved immediately. The place is as you see it in the photos and you can see a very nice sunset from the balcony. Some maintenance is needed on the walls and an upgrade of the kitchen utensils. The social area is very complete with its courts, children's park and water activities to complement. Overall a good stay.

My experience in Eve's apartment was excellent. From the outset, Eve was a proactive and responsive host, always available to answer any enquiries and make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Was a very pleasant experience. We were extremely happy to have a check-out at 14:00, which was just perfect for spending the whole morning on the beach, having some activities and then to come back to the city. A beautiful and peaceful place. The balcony has an amazing view, especially for the sunrise

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beach. Everything was really well thought to make the apartment a home away from home. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. All our needs were meat: a good size balcony, BBQ, a kitchen that cover all the needs. The bedrooms were cozy, well lit, with awesome ambiance to rest. The central A/C was easy to manage. One of the very best features for me was the ability to open up all the window doors and feel the environment around us, while I could close them, turn on the A/C, avoiding the tropical hot weather but keeping all the light and views. Alexander was ready and available to solve/guide throughout the stay. I will most likely stay there if I visit this beach again.

An amazing place which for sure we will return to. Close to the beach, a great pool with nice staffing. Overall atmosphere was amazing and we really felt 'home' amongst the other guests.

We stayed me , my wife and our two children 3-5 years old at Nikki Philip's for 7 days and loved the place , Philip and his team were always there when we needed their help , a 5-star team! the unit of a beautiful size and bright , huge outdoor terrace. Extremely quiet place perfect for our family , only 2 mins from our room the pool and the 1 min from the beach the perfection , the only small negative is that the accommodation is certainly very in demand so all the kitchen amenities are very worn or damaged and there is no longer a children's park as in the photos but this did not prevent being a perfect place for us . Would I definitely recommend it!

Lorena's place exceeded our expectations. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was incredibly convenient. The hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk along one of the internal paths at the back of the property. The infinity pool at the property was clean and well maintained. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent accommodation and super attentive to the administrator, the apartment super comfortable, I felt at home, with a very good location.

Theresa solved our problems when we arrived. The space was well worth the price and everything we needed for cooking and going to the pool were there. Highly recommend
