The place was exactly as pictured—clean and without any surprises. Check-in was easy, even after dark, and Andy provided clear and helpful instructions. It's about a 20-minute drive to Sedona. A great spot for 2–3 people visiting the park.

This was our first ever RV experience, and it was great. This is operate much like a hotel, just with RVs and campers, rather than rooms. Our RV was very well equipped. And the staff was very friendly - especially the after hours staff. I called at almost 11:00 pm with the DUMBEST question, and the lovely person who answered the phone was so kind and understanding, even though I’m pretty sure I woke her up.

Went to Williams for overnight trail ride this space was great for our family we will be back and definitely stay more than one night

The air bnb was very clean, looked just like the photos. The RV site was really peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views during sunrise. Perfect place to stop and stay!

Our tent was very cozy and the comforters kept us snuggly warm on a cool night. I woke up at 1 AM to see the amaaging stars and the clouds from earlier in the night were gone. Beautiful views from the ranch.

This was a great option for staying in the Sedona area (though we specifically wanted to be in Cornville, and the location could not have been better for us). Timothy was a great host and the RV was exactly as described.

We absolutely LOVED our weekend getaway. It’s such a gem and located centrally to Zion and Lake Powell which were both on our list of things to do. Kanab is a great town with everything you need. We loved our stay and the communal kitchen has everything you need. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place with beautiful surroundings!

The trailer was comfortable and served as the perfect spot for base camp as we wanted to take in all what Sedona and it's surrounding area had to offer. karen was a great host, made some great suggestions and made us feel at home. Thanks again, it was an incredible experience and hope to come back soon!

Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

While we did not stay in the #10 camper due to an unexpected last-minute repair being done, this host took care of us and accommodated us in another larger cabin, which was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Wonderful place! Super clean and kitchen had nice cooking pots/pans as well as utensils. Not ideal place for light sleepers. Is someone in one room rolls in bed or walks, the other in the extra bedroom feels the camper move.

Steve and Denise were awesome! They both were very time efficient on getting back to me with any questions that I had. Steve was on time to set up the camper and explained everything I needed to know about it. He made my family’s Thanksgiving vacation one that we will never forget! Thank you Steve and Denise for giving my family the opportunity to make lifelong memories and making camping so much fun!!

Tessa’s camper offers a unique experience for those who have never been in one. Her reviews are positive, and her descriptions of the entire property is accurately explained.. We are always grateful to host who allow us to bring our small dogs. Tessa is a great host who communicates with you in a timely manner. We appreciate her feedback.

The place was clean and nice. Climate control was efficient. We were a bit cold the first night, but we figured out it needed to be on furnace setting at night so we slept well on the second night. The bathroom was clean and hot water was enough for 2 people (if I’m not washing my hair). The space was a little more cramped than expected. We hit our arms and head a couple times on the furnitures, especially the bed area (we’re 5’4 and 5’6). The lawn in front was great for stargazing. Overall it was a great place to stay at.

It was like a dream! Flo is lovely, like coming home to your favorite aunt or grandma. Everything was well thought of. The outdoor space had so much to offer, i couldnt decide where to sit and hang out. The dog play area was a great plus too. We always looked forward to coming home at the end of every hike, knowing that Flo will be right there waiting for us. Our host Maggie was amazing. Very friendly and accomodating!. We cant wait to go back!

Rock was very kind and informative! The tipi was clean and I loved the vibe. The area is also beautiful!

Our stay in Bernie the Bus near the Grand Canyon was an absolute dream! As avid campers, we’ve had our fair share of outdoor adventures, but Bernie offered something truly special. Nestled in the quiet desert landscape, we were able to stargaze under the clearest skies we’ve ever seen, cozy up by the fire, and fall asleep in the warm, inviting space Bernie offered. The thoughtful touches and charm of the bus made it feel like a tiny home with a big heart—and it totally inspired us! We left feeling more excited than ever to pursue our dream of renovating our own van for future camping adventures. Bernie didn’t just give us a great night’s sleep—he gave us a vision. A huge thank you to Elena for her amazing communication and warm hospitality. She made everything so easy and welcoming from start to finish. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful, and inspiring getaway, this is it. We’re so grateful for the experience!

Great place to stay. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and solitude. Only issue was with the Wifi. Host is looking at an alternative system.

Wonderful area for a relaxing getaway! The RV is well equipped and nicely furnished, very clean and in good shape. The yard is spacious and private. The highway noise is a little loud sometimes, but not too bad. The nearby creek provides a nice place to walk and relax.

We had a great time at Rob’s campsite! Perfect for our group of 10 with tons of space, picnic tables and firewood. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Rob was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be coming back!

Edith was super kind and thoughtful ! She gave us homemade treats and always responded to any questions we had. Her and her husband were very sweet and made us feel so welcomed!
