I had a really nice stay at the apartment. The host was incredibly welcoming and making sure i had everything I needed for the visit. The place was clean, cosy, and walking distance to the city centre. I would visit again in the future

Harry & Rachael were great hosts. Very responsive when we had a problem with the tv which wasn’t their fault and they came to get it right straightaway. Their place is really convenient of being right in the centre of Woodbridge. We had a lovely stay for two nights. Perfect for what we needed.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

Really lovely stay, everything was perfect, clean and spacious for 2 people, well equipped kitchen and great shower. Set next door to the owners house but felt very private. Stayed for 2 nights to go to a family party so really appreciated a brilliant light filled bathroom with a big lighted make up mirror for getting ready!

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

stuart was responsive to messages and gave perfect details to checking in. great location, minutes walk to waterfront/theatres and pubs. only downside was toilets not as vlean as id liked and towel radiators very dusty but admittedly i have high standards! the bedroom needs curtains or black out blinds, the venetion blinds just didnt block out light so we were awake from 7am because of the light. the bed is also very high, we were ok but elderley people/children may have issues getting in and out of the bed. however, overall was a nice apartment and would recommend.

Anwar’s place is fab! Very big one bed flat. Great bed. Super comfortable. I think it was a memory foam combination . Lovely big bathtub and powerful shower. Kitchen was well kitted to cook in with proper fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle etc. I didn’t use the washing machine but great there was one there. The lounge was a lovely size and sofa really comfy. Central to airport. Just minutes drive away. And Rochford centre about 17 min walk. Selection of takeaways. Chinese, fish and chips, Turkish and Indian. I ordered some lovely food from Spice. ( Indian) Handy mini market shop on parade where flat is. Useful for milk, wine etc. Nice to see the horse in The field opposite the flat. Anwar is lovely. Friendly and helpful. Excellent at responding quickly. I really enjoyed my 9 night stay. Shame it was such a short stay… as the surrounding countryside was very peaceful! Ideal place to relax! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Recommended!!

Really relaxing stay, loved the gym, jacuzzi and the cosy feel of the cabin.

This was a beautiful place , clean , spacious , beautiful surrounds and the hot tub with the outside heating was great . If I'm going to be really critical it needed a outside light half way down the stairs as it was very dark at night letting the dog out

A great stay and perfect for me when working in Ipswich. Great space - secure, clean & central location. Parking on site, easy. Matt & Charlotte were respsonsive and ensured I had what I needed (a very handy map to navigate the roads was invaulable). When I can I will be sure to stay again! Enought people have commented on the hot tub but it really does help set it apart. I am looking forward to booking it in the Summer months to enjoy that outsiude space even more!

Fantastic gem for a weekend stay for a couple. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing space made our weekend away extra special. The hosts were lovely and personable and made us feel very welcome.

Where to start, from first communication Anna was prompt and welcoming. On arrival Anna greeted us with such warmth, we were shown round, introduced to the family and animals. During our stay we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and loft. The children made full use of the farm, enjoying the animals and were able to feed and pet them thanks to Anna. Anna, Paul and children were wonderful Hosts and we felt right at home and we look forward to returning again.
