Holiday rentals in Colle San Giacomo

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

Wonderful stay in the little house in the woods, an oasis of peace, away from the noise and frenzy of the city. The ideal place to regenerate and live in close contact with nature. Equipped with everything you need, warm and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Angelo's parents and we really appreciated the basket and sweets that Angelo's mother gave us. Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. We stayed at Ylenia's for one night and had a great time. The house was in perfect order and had everything you need. In addition, the super friendly host has always helped us in case you need something by responding immediately to messages always with extreme kindness.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

Very welcoming apartment. Tidy and clean, equipped with many comforts. Federico is very helpful and accurate. Nearby there were both restaurants and basic shops; convenient location for points of interest such as Roccaraso or Opi/Pescasseroli.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
