The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

WOW - WHAT a gem. Casa Querencia was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Italy as a family of 4. Josie's place was not only reflective of the description and images but BETTER! The view of Lago di Bomba (swooon), the church bells, the views of the other towns and snow on the mountains. You could literally cozy up with wine and a book and never leave! Josie had everything we needed to dine in, while also SO MANY great recommendations for exploring - like Santa Maria, Lanciano, and Castello Roccascalegna. The town was super quiet given the winter month - but much as we expected, as we had JUST missed one of their holiday parties in the piazza. Casa Querencia would be PERFECT for someone wanting a relaxing, cozy, at-home feeling longer-term rental. We cannot wait to come back to stay - maybe for a few weeks next time :) Josie spares no details and was a PLEASURE to rent from. Thank you for making our experience such a joy!

Beachfront and top floor apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea, very well located in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Large area of the accommodation, well equipped with modern appliances. Clean and tidy. Beautiful decor. Very very good bedding. Thanks to Francesca for her welcome, her little touches, and her recommendations (bike rental, restaurants and bars). I recommend it.

A great place to relax in silence and surrounded by olive trees. The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained with beautiful views of the sea and trees. You can relax on the terrace or in the garden with plenty of privacy. You can walk to the beach in five minutes where the beautiful Traboccho stands. The house has everything you need and nothing is missing. Marco is a lovely person and very helpful. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and appreciates peace and quiet.

We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

I stayed one night in this apartment with my partner, everything corresponded to what was reported in the listing and the directions provided by the owner. He is a super helpful person who is attentive to the accommodation and the needs of the customer. It far exceeded my expectations, we will definitely be back.

In other words, how to be in the family. Lovely place, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, with the sea just a few minutes by car. Apartment equipped with all comforts; Outside there is a nice relaxation area under a pepper tree. Graziella and Angelo are super hospitable and youthful, available for anything you need. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back next year.
