Location, Location. Costa Del Sol ticks all the boxes. Recently refurbished three bedroom house with modern facilities. Spacious back patio for outdoor relaxation. Parking for two is on the property in front of the house. Busselton is fast becoming the events capital of WA. Walk to all central events, as well as the beach and foreshore, world renowned jetty, playgrounds, tennis courts, markets, CBD, bars, restaurants and shops.
