Great location and easy access to the marina / boat ramp. Caught a Goliath grouper off of the dock

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Apartment was clean, accessible, and quiet. Never heard anything upstairs. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi was even better. I would recommend to anyone. We also liked the fact that Valerie provided a couple of chairs for the beach. Close to Publix and kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of meals. We will go back and stay at this location

This is a great house, in a great location with a great host. Our family had a fantastic week here. Kate is extremely responsive - communication was excellent from the moment we booked. The best recommendation we can give is that we would absolutely return to Kate's house - we wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

This may be my favorite rental house ever! Extremely clean, has all the amenities you could need, great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of restaurants, markets and pharmacies nearby for anything you might need. The pool and lanai are wonderful - we spent all our time there when we were home. Our family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids - were very happy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place, great value, great location. It's on the water and about a 15 min walk from shops and the beach. Would recommend!

We loved this home! We spent almost every day at the beach because this home was so close! The homeowner had all the beach essentials for us as well… Even down to emergency sunscreen! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen living room made it so easy for multiple people to hang out and talk. Our kids loved the pool, and how private it was. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

We almost didn't get to enjoy this wonderful rental. A mixup in the booking dates, however, was quickly resolved leaving practically a whole year to anticipate staying at this incredible property. The first thing that caught my eye when I saw Lisa and David's listing was the abundance of light and the proximity to the water. The next was the three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Honestly, when you get there, the place will "wow" you because it is actually better than the photos and you will realize you didn't book it for a long enough stay. So, want to see porpoises swimming in the inlet next to the pool on the screened in lanai? How about great blue herons and pelicans fishing off the piers and the deck surrounding you? How about a short walk to the white sand ocean? The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. We hated to leave, believe me. Many thanks to our responsive and kind hosts for making this available!

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

Raimer's place had three beautiful sliding glass door views to the pool and the canal with the palm trees in the background. Beds were very comfortable and I was appreciative that we could bring our little dog. Neighborhood very quiet, not on a main road, but very close to grocery/liquor store. Loved having the bikes!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised!!!! We actually spent a lot of time at the house because it was so peaceful and relaxing! The kids loved the pool and had a lot of fun fishing off the dock. We would stay here again with no hesitation! We did appreciate the hosts meeting us and giving us some instructions about the house. We had a fabulous time. The condo was great with great views of the bay and ocean. There was a great sun deck for tanning and the beach was right across the street. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. Hope to return next year.

Our group loved the stay at the home. We especially enjoyed the dock area and view of the waterway. Every morning and evening, a couple of dolphins would swim through the area. One came by a surfaced within feet of the dock. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was spacious and had ample supplies.

Pamela is a SUPERhost! From the moment I met her, she felt like a friend. She answered all questions immediately and is very accommodating. Gary, her husband was always available, keeping things in order. The place is beautiful inside and out. Extremely clean and well stocked. We loved sitting out on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and all amenities provided. I wish I could paddleboard and kayak, because that's also available on the canal in the back. What else can I say, besides we hit the jackpot with Pam and this place!

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to beach and our conference at the JW Marriott. Very clear instructions for check in and out. Simple checkout and minimal tasks to do upon leaving. Alex quickly responded and was able to accommodate my request. My favorite part of the house was the beautiful screened in porch to enjoy the private well landscaped backyard. Very comfortable and well maintained house that worked great for easy access to conference and ability to have plenty of space to hang out together at in our comfortable home for the weekend.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets every evening. The accommodations were stylish and thoughtfully designed, with new and fresh decor. We loved the privacy of the unit (no other unit could see into ours). We also appreciated that there were 2 full bathrooms. Fred, the owner, is very kind and responsive.

We had a great stay here! The location was wonderful and parking is easy. There are elevators as well which helped as the unit is on the second floor. Pool area was nice sized and so was the balcony. We had a great time!

I’m a frequent flyer at Tonya and Dave’s Goodland home. It’s always perfect in every way. Each year I bring new guests with me and they enjoy as much as I do. See you next year! Many thanks for all that you do!
