Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!

The charming 74 square meter apartment to feel good is located on the 3rd upper floor of a turn-of-the-century house. It is located right in the center of Siegburg. The popular pedestrian area with great cafes and restaurants is only 200 m away. The train station is a 2 minute walk (ice connection). It has been newly renovated and recently furnished with attention to detail. By car you have very good transport links to Bonn and Cologne (A3/A59/A565)

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
