This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful place to get away.

Very beautiful view. Outside deck very comfortable and a nice place for morning coffee.

There was a variety of snacks that were left for us, which was very appreciated. Also the hot tub was the star of the show! The place is clan and it comes with everything that I could think of. Highly recommend.

We would definitely return to this beautiful and comfortable home in the mountains. It is very secluded and at a lower elevation so road conditions, traffic, crowds, etc. were not an issue. Still, we were so close to skiing, lakes, hiking trails, Kirkwood, Tahoe, etc. that we could choose a new activity each day. Spacious kitchen and big table for game nights too. Loved it and hope to go back!

One of the best and most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! The property had the most adorable and friendly animals and the house was comfortable and spotless. Kitchen very well stocked, plenty of towels, and comfortable spaces to relax and sleep. Perfect spot for sneaking into the mountains to ski for the day. Hosts were very helpful and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our host Olivia was so helpful, super responsive, always checking in and making sure we had what we need. Just a wonderful place to get away and relax, felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful time, 4 girl friends, 1 child, 3 dogs! A fantastic weekend away to visit friends close by for a birthday. We got a sunny day and a stormy day and both were perfect for this house. Enjoy it all weathers. We made the most of the hot tub, cooked together in the kitchen, played games and watch some VHS! Cozy peaceful sleeps. Beds comfy, lots of towels available and bathroom amenities. We will definitely be staying again.

This cabin is just as beautiful as the photos. We had a wonderful stay here for our ski trip in Kirkwood. This stay is a steal for the price and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much Ge for a great experience!

The place was absolutely cozy, and the view so pretty. The deer were awesome to see. Plenty of board games to play. The host were so helpful and communicative. When we accidentally left something behind, the host were so helpful to help us to get our lost item back the next day.

Wonderful small cabin for a great relaxing getaway. Beautiful view of the forest out every window and it feels very private. Perfect for a puzzle and reading vacation. Julieta was great at answering questions and was really nice. We were hoping for snow but missed it by 20ish days. Based on the pictures it looks like snow would be beautiful at the cabin. We would recommend it :)

Madison and Casey’s cabin overlooks a lush, green hillside with families of deer, racing jackrabbits, and a wee pond. The cabin feels like a home away from home, not a space managed by real estate. All the kitchen gear, laundry equipment, and firewood is provided and ready for use. We made immediate use of the parking pass to visit Lake Jenkinson, a perfect spot to SUP on a spring day. Highly recommend this cabin for a forest getaway!

Gorgeous property, has everything plus extra for a family to stay. The hosts are amazing, very thoughtful and accommodating. My family had a blast staying there for a skiing trip.

This is such a cute cabin! The overall vibe is so cute and fire place made it so cozy. My son loved it and was able to run in the yard and do s’mores. Great for the pup as well with the fenced in space. She even had cookies for us upon arrival. Would definitely go back!

This cabin is awesome. The peaceful wooded surroundings are great, the fireplace is nice and comfy, and there’s plenty to do inside the cabin.

Just as described. A peaceful getaway. A great space for families. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. A few bugs but nothing out of the ordinary for being in a wooded area. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Mattresses are firm. Great suggestions for food and activities near by, but mostly just stayed in the cabin and enjoyed the peace and quiet. My children and I all really enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed here multiple times and always have had a great experience. It’s a beautiful property with the full cabin in the woods experience. A beautiful night sky with the sound of nature. I highly recommend!

The home is large, accommodating and great for close warm family time and great memories. We loved shooting pool in the game room with music, cooking in the beautiful kitchen, and family games in the main house. We'd definitely recommend. Thanks again Thomas,

Very beautiful home with games and great scenery and decor. The owners were so wonderful and responsive we stayed with close to 6 feet of snow and it was so beautiful. We do recommend chains if there is snow and also pay attention to detail about the location because the snow will make it blend so easily with its beautiful real wood design, but yet it is very worth the hunt. Clean home with year round Christmas vibes was well above our expectations . I recommend this stay to anyone looking to have a great family getaway .

The cabin is a dream. Spent every morning on the balcony listening to the birdsong with my coffee. The views are classic Sierra Nevadas and the location is off the beaten path, turning it into a quiet, peaceful retreat. Close enough to some of the most historic gold towns in the western Sierras while still feeling like you're lost in the mountains. The cabin is cozy with a modern touch and has everything you need for a getaway. Tom was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well for us. This is truly a gem of a getaway!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this cabin. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utinsels, plates, glasses, mugs, etc. The dishwasher is narrower than usual but I was glad to have it. The washer and dryer worked well, too. The Xfinity wifi was definitely fast enough to work from the cabin and for streaming. As mentioned in the description, I didn’t have cell service there via Verizon, but using the wifi calling setting on my phone worked well. I had a tasty dinner at the 50 Grand restaurant (reservations sometimes needed). There’s a full-sized Safeway grocery store in that area. There’s a reservoir nearby with a hiking trail around most of it and a waterfall. There should be a parking pass for the reservoir in the drawer. My phone mapping app found the cabin address just fine. If possible, it would be good to arrive during the day as the cabin is on a side road from the main road that is slightly tricky to find. The cabin is mostly shaded in the pine trees with midday sun.
