Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Colorado River

We stayed in Andrea’s place two or three years ago. I was so comfortable there that I didn’t hesitate to reserve it again. It’s everything it’s advertised to be. What I really like is the floor plan. It just works really well for the two of us. And the water pressure. It has great water pressure! I hope next time I’m in Round Rock I’m able to stay there again.

Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

It was so nice and beautiful I had an amazing 21st birthday there. It was so peaceful and quiet the only problem is that the neighbors dog did come over and play and he was nice to everyone but he did try and attack my little puppy. Beside that I had a fantastic time

This is a great place! Looked like a bit of minor remodels need to be finished, but overall, it is clean and comfortable. We’ll use it again in the future!

This house was probably my favorite of any Airbnb ever. The house was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and spacious. I felt like we got an incredible deal for such a large home. The subdivision was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. He left such detailed instructions for every aspect of the stay, from arrival to check-out. He also left recommendations for everything from restaurants to nightlife to shopping, and everything in between. The beds were comfy, as were both living areas. We moved our daughter up to college, and I plan to utilize this rental every time we come to visit. Truly above and beyond. Can't wait to come back!

This place was just perfect for our family for spring break. The view is incredible and we enjoyed all of the space: the hot tub at sunset, dining outside on the patio, playing darts in the game area, and hiking the trails off the property. We also visited the Eagle Eye Observatory and Colorado Bend State Park and had a blast at both. Highly recommend!

Cesar's place is absolutely awesome! I loved everything about his set up and comfort, is designed so you enjoy your stay and you achieve maximum comfort. We were going to Six Flags the day after, and the location was amazing because of the proximity. I highly recommend this place, you will be happy you stayed here.
