Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

Spacious 2+bedroom cottage in a quiet neighborhood in Buena Vista. Clean and light interior with comfy beds, refinished hardwoods, wifi, Roku, and new carpet. Sit and relax on the front porch and sip your morning coffee. Short walking distance, about a mile, to the town for shopping or fine dining. The area abounds with activities: hiking, fishing, rafting, skiing, or relaxing in town at one of the breweries. The hot springs are also nearby for a day of soaking after your activities.

Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

Our charming little cottage is filled with both historic and modern details and in a prime downtown location that truly can't be beat! It's on a quiet, residential street that the local deer visit daily, and also just three blocks from the heart of the action that BV has to offer. We include all of the basic toiletries, linens, kitchen wares, WiFi, a smart tv, games and endless coziness. Plenty of parking out front and a small yard in the back.
