It is a loft house for the full and exclusive use of the guests, very close to the beach (10 seconds away). Located in one of the best residential areas in Almería, the surroundings are surrounded by houses with garden and common green areas. A few meters away there is a convenience store and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and the sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it's a perfect surf sports area.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

This apartment is simple and perfect for a few days so close to the beach, with restaurants and bars, pharmacy and supermarkets just a few minutes walk. On the slope of the village and on the top floor of the residential house, the apartment overlooks the sea and the horizon by 180 degrees. A well-equipped kitchen invites you to dine on the terrace. There's no elevator in the house. Pets are not allowed. Everything else to enjoy!

20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!! NEWLY RENOVATED.
