Nature in the San Juan swamp

Very good experience in the house of Angelines and her husband, from the beginning they communicated very well with us and they are very nice and friendly people. The house is very cozy and is perfect for a quiet weekend, as you can connect with nature, the views are very good too, you have access to the marsh of San Juan a 5 min walk.... And you can also entertain yourself in any way and the house, as there is a ping pong table, billiards, darts, board games... All in all it was a wonderful stay with lovely hosts and a highly recommended house.

We stayed 2 nights with our dog and the truth is that to disconnect, I would repeat. The house has almost everything and comes very complete. What is missing can be achieved in the super of the village 5 min. by car. Ground parking is literally in front. Anything, Walter is always on the lookout and responds quite quickly. The only thing that the wifi and mobile data due to the location of the listing are somewhat weak and not going very well. But that helps to disconnect and spend the time enjoying nature. It has, a few meters above, a path that you can walk surrounded by nature. Of course, if they go with their pets you have to be careful with the caterpillars because we have seen them in the area. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would repeat it. Thank you, Walter!

If I just say that "we felt at home", I think I would describe perfectly how well we were in this beautiful little house. It is cozy, it matches the description 100%, the heating has worked incredibly well, and the hot water has not ceased to be present in any of the bathrooms/showers we have taken. Paula has communicated with a lot of clarity and kindness, in addition to being very quick. The experience has been second to none.

Excellent experience in Pilar's home. Very good furnished, nothing was missing, from linens and towels to a lot of kitchenware. Perfect for a large group stay. What we liked most was its charm, a cozy, comfortable and beautiful house. The surroundings are a pass, from its large parking lot, huge bbq area, to its endless garden just for your leisure. Breakfasts behind the house by the river…perfect location to disconnect in nature. Easy access from the road Better communication with the host. We will definitely do it again.

The place is spacious and comfy, located in a beautiful rural neighborhood, calm and quiet. It has several easy-medium level hiking trails at a walking distance. For any other activities, you will need a car. Please look at the pictures to level set your expectations, the place is exactly as described. Emmanuel, the host, is an extraordinary guy. He did his best to make my stay as comfortable as possible at all times. His attention was truly world-class. He and his family live upstairs, he responded my requests immediately with a smile in his face. He made the difference. I recommend the place, thank you Emmanuel for this warm and unforgettable stay at your place, I wish you the very best in the future.

A lovely peaceful place surrounded by forests and mountains. Lovely large balcony. Very modern - TV with all the streaming services, dishwasher and a 5 minute walk from a beautiful lake but the only thing was the fuse did keep cutting out when doing basic tasks

I was a short time, but the stay and communication with Rosario was perfect at all times. Upon arrival she was waiting for me and was very friendly. I felt at home at all times and with total freedom to do what I had already scheduled in advance within the city. I definitely recommend it and would stay on site again.

The apartment was faithful to the description and the listing. Super clean, tidy, nice to be in it with fantastic views in an incredible environment just a few meters from the swamp where you can make good routes. Isabel was lovely, friendly and thoughtful, she left us breakfast and the apartment warm before our arrival. Definitely a 10 host. Definitely recommended.

The house is exactly as described. The house is modern and the plot is very beautiful. Total intimacy and with the necessary amenities. Stunning views. The only one would be that there is little kitchenware, like pots and pots, and since there are no restaurants nearby, you end up eating almost always at home.

The stay was great. The site is super well located in downtown San Martin. Just a detail, if you are in a car the street is quite narrow and at first it is a little difficult to find. When the first arrives I had a little problem finding the street and then tucking the cart. But after you get used to it it's not a big problem. Overall, I recommend the stay. The apartment is great, and although it is small the three floors are nicely laid out.

A house to enjoy friends and with all the facilities for children to play. We were in winter, we missed some firewood to be able to heat the house since if we set all the radiators at the same time the light was going, something normal for the area. The house was beautiful.
