Nice locations, great service.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Our stay at Andrea's place was just great! The view from the apartment is really incomparable – just like the pictures, if not even more impressive. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, tidy and stylishly furnished. The location is unique, and the air and flair of the surroundings are easy to fall in love with. Andrea was an incredibly warm host who made our stay extra special. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay on Lake Como and Bellano is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station (direct train to Milano) and the ferries to other towns on the lake. The Bellano Orrido waterfall is amazing and the town is lovely, with the waterfront walk, a historical centre and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a view of the mountains and is so close to the water. Antonella and Donatella were so responsive and helpful - and the apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room. We loved it!!

The place is so much better than we imagined. A lovely little cabin and so so peaceful. Corinne was super helpful and we felt right at home. The spa is well worth doing too! Would highly recommend. Thank you Corinne!

We booked the entire house. We were 9 in total (4 adults and 5 children). The big initial challenge is climbing the hill, on the narrow road, but as soon we arrive to Campo, we forgot all of this. The view, the small village environment, the Himalayan bridge it is really worth it. The house is great. Beatrice was always available, providing us the necessary info. The house is well equipped. I highly recommend this place

Very nice week at Casa Sulla Roggia. The house was squeaky clean and everything was as described. Plus your own private parking in the garage, which made it easier to get around with the kids. Google with the translator was also able to smoothly figure out the things that didn't work out in English. Beautiful views and a sheltered lot surrounded by tall fences.

The stay at Villa Fede was uniquely great and recommended! The host more than deserved the Superhost title, she took great care of our well-being, was straightforward, always in a good mood and very friendly! Villa radiates from the outside and inside of cleanliness! The many towels provided are specially wrapped in foil and also age-appropriate for the younger guests! Michela always had a surprise ready with which she always puts a smile on her face, the little ones and big guests! We felt more than comfortable in Villa Fede! Thank you very much for everything dear Michela ♡

Beautiful apartment and amazing views. We enjoyed the closed patio and the hot tub. The living room and kitchen are small with very limited seating. So having the patio was essential so all 4 of us could sit together! The bathrooms were nice and having a laundry room was great! The washer / dryer was not intuitive to us but it was nice to have. We had trouble finding the location using the recordings. The manager did not meet us. Once we found it, it was a long walk up a driveway and stairs that could not be used with rolling luggage. Overall it’s a very nice, quiet rental and I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern and well equipped house. It offers beautiful lake views and even in Winter we could sit outside and enjoy the stunning sunsets. The place had everything we needed and communication with the host and co-host was very easy. Definitely recommended!

Joanna’s house is truly wonderful, offering a magnificent view of the lake. Everything matches the pictures and description perfectly, and it’s even better on site. Joanna is the perfect host—always responsive and clearly passionate about making guests feel completely at home. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, as my family and I had an absolutely wonderful time.

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

The villa is really great! Check-in is done by two really nice girls, at the set time. The outdoor space is cared for in every detail and is huge. It has a well-equipped barbecue area. The house inside is very clean and well-stocked, a wide variety of breakfast products, a washing machine, air conditioners, and all amenities. I'll definitely be back

Our host was amazing and responded to any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was quite out of the way of most things but that made our stay more peaceful.

It was a lovely stay, I would recommend it a 100% for a privat, nice and quiet trip! Very nice communication and everything was explained very well. Also very friendly and good local tips for the area!! Thank you so much for the lovely time!

We spent 3 wonderful days here over New Year's Eve and had the most relaxing time of our lives. The apartment is very comfortable, especially when the fireplace is burning. The jacuzzi is very large, there was plenty of space for the four of us and it was very relaxing. We had a beautiful and incredible view of Lake Como from all the windows and doors. When we had problems, Carlo was able to help us quickly and was very friendly. We felt very comfortable and at home. We hope to come back soon.

Super cozy place equipped with everything, upon our arrival we found 2 hundred full of various snacks and also pasta and rice, Rodolfo was very great and super detailed, instead super pool, with magnificent views, we will be back💪

This was our first trip to Italy, and I am so glad we found Eleonora's beautiful home. The sunset view from our own private balcony is a memory we will enjoy forever. The home itself is rustic and beautiful and equipped with everything you might need. Eleonora went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home and quickly responded to any questions we had. Definitely recommended and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay in a hidden treasure in the mountains We had an amazing stay at Andy’s place! The cabin was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. On New Years we had a fantastic view of the fireworks. Andy was incredibly responsive and provided excellent suggestions for hikes and the area. The unique touches, like the hot tub and the balcony made us feel right at home and like we don’t want to leave the place. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!
