We liked it very much. At the property, the gigantic pool in particular is a highlight as well as the quiet location in the nature with a view. The property and cottage is a bit outdated, but very authentic. You can reach many great beaches, cliff hiking trails, as well as the very beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a short time by car. We also took day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Host Barbara was extremely helpful, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car. Such a beautiful oasis to relax in! It was so nice having the heated pool there that the kids could swim in even when it was cold out, an 85 inch tv for movie nights, a kitchen with a SMEG orange juicer and lots of space for us to relax and enjoy. The place is in walking distance to beaches and main attractions and yet feels away from the noise. The host was super nice and responsive making sure we were having a good time. We would love to come here again sometime! :)

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Wonderful house, with all the amenities, namely the kitchen. The photographs exactly depict the dwelling. Very quiet place and a minute walk from the main street of the village, where you can find pharmacy, mini-market, stationery and several restaurants. Very close to wonderful beaches! Francisco was super friendly and attentive to our questions. We had an immense desire to return to this house and to be able to enjoy the pool (because of the rain we could not)! It was a fantastic weekend, with the creation of excellent memories!

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for a city break, and the house surrounded by greenery is lovely. I would love to keep this rental house secret and come back at anytime...but I have to share how good it was. Many thanks Paulo !

Very quiet corner lot, amazing views, very clean spacious. Fortunately the ice cream place is not next door as many say, it is down the street, those comments almost scared me away. Do not hesitate, I would repeat!

We had a fantastic time at Herdade do Montum. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a little gem, very cosy and beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, very green and quiet. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Herdade, and both were delicious. Highly recommend a stay here for a couple of days to recharge and enjoy a quiet holiday!

Susana is an excellent host, and as much as possible, quite flexible. We loved our stay, it was absolute rest. The farm has everything we need for a good stay without having to leave, so every day we stayed on the farm without leaving and enjoyed the facilities, peace and comfort. The whole house was quite clean, also with all the necessary utensils and appliances. D. Soraia was also excellent with us, very available and very friendly We absolutely recommend it and we plan to return. Thank you ☺️

Great location on the outskirts with views of nature, beautiful surroundings, nice place with several small supermarkets and a great bakery a few minutes from the property. The place itself is well equipped and very clean, the bed is very comfortable. We felt comfortable!

We had a wonderful short stay at Vladimir's place. The location is excellent, overlooking the ocean. You can take a nice walk towards a viewing spot or take just 3 minutes by car to get to the beach. It's a great place to stay for a family who wants to enjoy warm and sunny days in Ericeira. And do plan to visit Mafra to tour the National Mafra Palace, a fantastic place to visit. A house is well equipped, well planned, and taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great location to explore the Sintra Natural Park. Beautiful property with everything you need to an extended stay to explore the area. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Host is very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at CASAVADIA II. It is a hidden gem in nature. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at Ana Luisa’s. The house is super lovely with beautiful views. Flora was incredibly kind, always helpful, and responded so quickly to anything we needed. It’s a perfect place to unwind and escape the city - we didn’t want to leave!

Lia's place is a tiny apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is part of her house. There are a lot of common areas available for guests to use. I really liked sitting on veranda. The apartment is decorated with great taste. All appliances worked for me. I cooked there about 1 meal every second day. Lia was kind to provide me with a large sauce pan so that I can make my favorite soup.
