Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.

A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one rather shy cat and three friendly horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private.

Gorgeous 17th century black & white cottage in the centre of Barford village in Warwickshire, close to Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon and Royal Leamington Spa. The tasteful interior is small but superbly equipped and ultra cozy. Perfect for two people or a couple with an older, non toddler child (if a child is staying we supply kids books and toys in this room). NOTE: THE CEILINGS INSIDE ARE LOW (approx 6ft 6 / 2m) as typical for a cottage of this age!
