Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Concan

We had a great time at the house with 4 kids 9-12 and a 16 yr old - something for everyone! The pool was still being repaired when we were there, but the basketball, pickle ball, roller-skate surface was a hit! The kids asked to come back here instead of going on the annual summer vacation to Yellowstone 😂. So we might be back! We drove about 45 minutes away to go tubing on the Comal river and the kids enjoyed that!

We enjoyed Phill's house very much! The pool, pool table, and house cat Molly were the highlights of our trip. His house offered something for everyone in our family and we would love to book there again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio. Can't recommend enough!

Everything was clean and had plenty of beds for our group. Great value.

This is our third time to stay here, it has become our family tradition. The location is perfect for us and the yard has a great area for children to play, the covered patio is great and the house is just what we needed. Having grown children and grandchildren out of state, this place is just right.

This was the BEST house ever! I had 10 kids and they loved it. The backyard with the swing set was everything to my 2 year old. The game room was wonderful for the kids. If you ever visit San Antonio, this home is definitely a must book. To the owners, thanks for making me and the kids Spring Break one to remember! I will definitely book again on our next stay.

Generally as advertised. Friendly and quick responses when messaging. Pool and jacuzzi not in working order which was disappointing as the weather was really nice while we were there. Backyard pretty messy too. We spend as much time as we can outside (as weather permits) and it didn’t seem the yard was ready for guests, like the house was. House clean. Everything worked well inside the house. Gated community and felt safe. Under flight path for airport so that’s a little loud at night but otherwise not a big problem. Spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! We had 3 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 yrs old to 2yrs. The pool was a big hit and plenty of room for everyone to swim. The place was very clean and spacious. We were close to the aquarium and sea world and it only took about 30 minutes to get to downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw several deer while we were there! Richard was quick to respond and let us know when someone was coming to clean the pool. He left a goodie basket for the kids which they loved! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a couple that is close to downtown while still being in a quiet friendly neighborhood. It is a newer property that features a comfortable king sized bed with an additional tv in the bedroom, and a very large walk-in shower. The apartment had DirectTV and Netflix available to guests. Off street parking was great and Shelly was a very responsive and friendly landlord. It is a loft apartment so it does have a flight of stairs if that is a problem for you.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

Great place! Super quiet, no issues with anything my entire stay. Enjoyed the gym, enjoyed the pool, slept peacefully and overall was very pleasant. Thank you Richie for being quick with responses.

Austin’s place was a great stay. As a host, Austin was super proactive and responsive. Overall, the neighborhood was great, quiet but close to everything I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Austin’s place for a weekend getaway in San Antonio.

We enjoyed staying at this location. It was very quiet and private. Very close to Sea World and not too far from Fiesta Texas!!!!! It was very easy to get the Riverwalk as well!!!!

The place was well kept and easy to access. All of the amenities were as listed. The place has a cozy atmosphere and the screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. We wish it was a little farther from the road (noise), but a great place nonetheless.

Aaron and Sarah's condo was PERFECT- exactly as described, clean, cute, && felt like home. Sarah & Aaron were great hosts and very responsive

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

Boho Vibes in the Hill Country was awesome! Definitely one of the better AirBnbs we've stayed at. We walked in to complimentary pastries. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Akiko and I would likely be friends because one of my favorite parts was all the labels and signage throughout the place. I got excited every time I found a new one. Haha! Couch, chairs and hammock were comfy. Bed was also very comfortable from the cotton linens to the Serta iSeries hybrid mattress. The curtains in the bedroom aren't blackout so if you have a hard time sleeping with bright light, you might want to bring an eye mask. The TVs and sound bars were of high quality. Washer and dryer onsite was a nice option but didn't need it for our short stay. The body wash smelled good enough to eat! (Don't recommend doing that. Ha!) Outdoor area was nice and ample parking right outside the door. I highly recommend considering Boho Vibes when visiting Fredericksburg!

Traci is very kind and I am grateful for her assistance and responsiveness. My flight was delayed so I informed Traci in advance that I may be in late and she was helpful of making sure I had no issues entering when I did finally arrive. I came in and felt right at home. The temperature was perfect and the home was the perfect size and clean. The location of the home to all the destinations I had planned were all less than a twenty minute drive, including Lackland AFB. There was a thunderstorm during the day after my first night and lightning probably tripped the breaker so I didn't have lights in one of the rooms and one bathroom when returned from Day 1 of my son's BMT graduation; I was able to call Traci on the phone and have the lights back on within half an hour. Checkout was a breeze and would definitely stay again if I need to come back to San Antonio. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Robin’s listing!! The property was very nice and clean. We definitely enjoyed its proximity to main street! We were never too far from everything we wanted to do it was perfect! Will definitely be back!
