Apartment holiday rentals in Condado Beach

Arena's place was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. The apartment was fully functional. There was a little balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. They each had a firm queen bed with quality bedding as well as excellent AC and fans. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but not posh. Those rooms could use some updating, though this was not our priority. We felt fortunate to find this apartment at a reasonable price given the perfect location. Arenas was all we hope for in a host: responsive, professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Margarita's Old San Juan apartment. The location of the apartment was excellent! A very quick walk to everything we wanted to do including the forts, pigeon park, restaurants, and the vendors on paseo de la princesa. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was a very unique setting with Old San Juan charm. I loved the high ceilings. It also stayed nice and cool throughout the day. The apartment seemed very safe and it was very peaceful inside. It was helpful to have laundry downstairs and the laundry was free and very easy to use. We only had one slight problem which was that we were using the Waze app for directions and it brought us to a corner a few blocks away. I called Margarita and she very quickly explained how to get to the correct location. We parked our rental car down in the Puntilla lot and that was cheap and convenient. We only used the car to go to Playa Escambron and to go back to the airport. I would love to stay here again!

Best place to stay while on vacation. Walking distance to all good restaurants, hair salon, next to the beach, very safe, a lot to do in this area, and if you don’t rent a car, then take public transportation because IT IS FREE and the bus stop is right in front of the condo! There is beach chairs and towels for the beach in the apartment so that was a plus 😃 Easy check in and out, and the staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Ocean view, best place to stay and I will definitely come back, the food is great in every restaurant, we stayed for 10 days. Just the best!

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

My family of 4 stayed here for an entire week and we loved it, it was everything we needed. Alfredo was a great host and gave very clear instructions for check in/check out. The location of this place is near a lot of fantastic places to get food. The building felt very secure and the staff was friendly. Not to mention, THE VIEW! We hope to stay at Alfredo’s again next year!

The space was lovely and as pictured! No number on the outside and there was no picture of the entrance, but the instructions I received for check-in were helpful. Hosts were responsive and left a nice welcome package with snacks, wine, drinks, toiletries and a “things to do” magazine. Not walking distance to most touristsy/popular locations, but easily accessible by Uber if a rental car is not available. Still, would rent again!

Great views from the deck! We stayed here for our last night in PR and made our drive to the airport at 3am super easy!

This was such a great place to stay, felt right at home. When I come back to pr I would definitely book this place to stay again. Everything was just like the pictures. Great location right next to the airport. Short drive or uber ride to main areas. I liked how they had a cooler and beach chairs. Overall I had a great stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment for our time in San Juan! Karim was a great host and very helpful in his recommendations for places to go in the area. It’s a very short walk to a great beach (Ocean Park) and Calle Loíza has many great restaurants and coffee shops - we tried something new every day and found it all to be amazing. The area is safe, walkable, and quiet. The apartment is as advertised and was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The only thing to note in booking this apartment is that the bed is very, very soft, so if you are older or have back issues it’s something to think about. All in all, we had an incredible stay in San Juan and highly recommend booking with Karim!

This is my second time staying at Amy's Airbnb and honestly it was once again a pleasure to stay in such a great location, the place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and makes you feel like home. Will always recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico and having an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It's located in a great area where everything is near by, great restaurants surrounding the area and in a walkable distance. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Saffra La Placita! The apartments were spacious, clean, well appointed, and right in the heart of it all! We were able to walk to beaches, restaurants, activities shopping and nightlife, and were just a short drive or uber ride other activitivities like El Yunque national forest. Monique and Chip were very communicative and helpful, and their property was the launching pad for a wonderful trip exploring Puerto Rico!

Perfectly located, beach entrance right through the lobby. Chana communicates very quickly! The space was clean, and beautiful. It was the perfect spot for a weekend girls trip, there was 4 of us and plenty of space. The view is AMAZING!!!! Walking distance to restaurants, and things to do right on the beach.

This condo is a true gem ! I originally was going to book the Hilton next-door, but the prices were ridiculous. Started looking around and found this property. The minute I stepped in I was amazed with the cleanliness. The floors are gorgeous, the kitchen very nicely updated, and the views from the unit overlooking the balcony were incredible! If this place is available on my next trip to Puerto Rico, I will be definitely staying there again!

Great place to stay, very close to San Juan, everything matched the pictures and the hot tub in the back was such an amazing little oasis. Host was very responsive if I needed anything. 10/10 recommend! Will stay again in the future

I love the place lots to do pull jacuzzi have everything you need there love to hostess you fabulous the price was remarkable I couldn't get over it's very beautiful I love that I love the place I really recommend it and I will be coming back and recommended to my friends and family I loved it we all loved it fabulous

The Escape was literally the BEST Escape I've stayed at. Everything was perfect, to the jacuzzi, the cozy bedroom, the kitchen, dinning area! My partner and I really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back 🫶🏻. Simple and perfect instructions. Walgreens was our bestfriend, it was right around the corner. The crepes & açaí bowl spots were the best for a late night snack, you can go for a walk and enjoy the weather or just take a less than 5 min drive to it. The food spot aren't even far either, we found some great local spots. I honestly can't wait to visit PR again cause the Escape will definitely be my number one spot to stay at once again ❤️.
