Steve was a great host. He was very friendly and provided detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation. The accommodation itself was very clean and felt very homely. A great place to relax after spending days out exploring nearby. We really appreciated the generous food and drink items left for us. We had a very nice meal at The Royal Oak down the road. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We did a last minute booking with Syzmon for a job we had in the area. When we put the request in, Syzmon responded quickly and made adjustments to suit our needs. good nearby location for the site we needed to work on. Thank you :)

This is a beautiful townhouse located a 20 minute walk away from the centre of Lincoln. It is what I would describe as up the hill from the city centre but easily walkable down in 15 to 20 minutes but a taxi ride back unless fit. It has a spacious lounge/ dining, kitchen area with a balcony complete with amazing views. 3 bedrooms one of which is en-suite plus a fantastic family bathroom. The master en-suite has views across the valley from which along with the ground floor we were able to enjoy watching the RED ARROWS practicing. Also the beds were so comfy I nearly slept in twice.

Second time stopping at the old drill hall, perfect location for visiting family. The house is lovely a home from home cosy open plan living 😊 We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay while visiting grandparents, the cottage is a little gem, it’s beautiful, lovely quiet location, and spotlessly clean, the children loved the garden and hot tub, and I have to say the hot tub was spotless and very well maintained, this has always been an issue with previous cottages we’ve stayed in, the children loved it that much they didn’t want to leave, we have already re booked to stay in the summer and can’t wait. Sam is a fantastic hostess and helped us out after leaving a couple of things behind, nothing was to much trouble.

Our contractor team enjoyed their stay. It works perfectly when each member of the team has their own space and they always appreciate having secure parking when working away from home on site.

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

I had a lovely weekend staying at Jess’ accommodation. It had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair which we requested. The location was excellent with beautiful views from the property. The photos don’t do Jess’ accommodation justice - it is a hidden gem of a find!

Fantastic cottage. Very clean and comfortable in a great location close to the town centre. Railway station is only 5 minutes walk so great for visiting other areas. Dale is a great host always quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here visiting family in Heckington. We found the quirky flat to be clean, well equipped, lovely garden, great for watching the kingfishers over the river and in a great location. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a river walk on your doorstop. We would definitely book again. Thank you Peta

We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

Had an absolutely amazing stay! It was my family and I's first time at an Air BnB and it really exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and had all the information you needed posted inside. The hosts had thought of everything with the amenities and we were so grateful for the suprise of the breakfast items, milk and butter. We will definitely be coming back in the future - it was like a home from home ☺️

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

The service is unbeatable. The hostess made an effort to make me feel at home. The place is very cozy and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and all utensils like new. Highly recommended!

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

Lovely clean 3 bedroom flat. Very comfortable beds with crisp cotton sheets. We appreciated the milk left for us in the fridge.
