Excellent treatment with Marita and the house in perfect condition! We had a very pleasant time.

My family and I had a great stay! My wife loved the kitchen- kids loved the pool! There was a nearby park which was great and in walking distance. I recommend this to anyone with a family!

Very friendly, they allowed us in earlier because we had a course close to there. They communicated before and during the stay to make it the most pleasant stay. Clean and tidy, highly recommended.

The accommodation as in the photos, the location was good, July was always attentive to any unforeseen communication was quick and effective, the beds were very comfortable to rest, I would definitely return. Everything was excellent!!

Nice comfortable house, images and description are accurate. Good communication from Rosi. As a family with children, we tend to cook a little more. Would be great to have a couple more fry pans and pots and perhaps a toaster too. Would be great to have micorwavable dishes too to use in the microwave. House is in a local neighbourhood, 25 minute walk to historic square and further to other areas. Good to have a car or catch taxi to further areas.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Amazing stay! Rosy and Ishmael made everything very easy from check in to communication. I stayed a month here and would be happy to stay again. Nearby centro but tucked in a quiet place. They cleaned regularly and found it very comfortable. Absolutely recommend!

The apartment is in a very good town close to a Walmart and the road, it was clean and it is as the pictures the host is very friendly and attentive to everything.

Melissa is an excellent Host and her apartment is beautiful and clean! apart from that it is super well equipped, very happy with my stay!

Mrs. Cielo is an incredible host, always very attentive and the accommodation is just like the post, perfect for long stays, the bed is comfortable, has hot water, is quiet at night and you rest very well.

The apartment is really cute, immaculate and very nicely designed. the pool and garden are particularly beautiful. Céline is a fantastic host, super organised and helpful. Everything about the stay was impeccable. She very kindly rented me a bicycle and the buses into the centro are very regular. Most suitable if you have a car as it is quite far from anything, but this fact is well documented. It was a pleasure to stay in Céline's apartment. Thank you Céline.

Excellent place, nice, spacious, comfortable.

This stay was just as described, and we couldn’t have been happier there. Oswaldo was immediately responsive to any needs that arose. The entrance security team staff are helpful, friendly and wonderful. The apartment is like new and is as pictured and described. Nicely equipped kitchen with all we needed to cook*. The bed is firm and comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels and closet space. Rain shower with plenty of hot water and great AC. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (there will always be a barking dog wherever you stay in Mexico, jajaja). Soriana and Super Aki supermarkets are equally close and walkable, as well as a laundry one block away. Many bus routes nearby. If you’re staying a while familiarize yourself with Va y Ven buses. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off from the Yucatan heat. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay. We had no concerns walking anywhere in the neighborhood at night, or anywhere in Merida for that matter.

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

My experience was wonderful! The apartment was clean, quiet, and secure. It was close to shopping, and a wonderful homebase from which to explore Merida and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place and this host.
