Holiday rentals in Cooksbridge

A very nice weekend in an old cottage with lots of character. We did not spend a lot of time in the cottage, however, the time we did spend was very comfortable with all that you require to make it feel like home. The host was great with communication and a welcome message that made everything nice and easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you want home comforts and a base from which to explore the south coast and stunning surrounding areas.

We are just back from a few blissful days at Judin's cottage. This was by far the loveliest airbnb house we have stayed in. Travelling with two small (and noisy!) children can be stressful but we felt instantly relaxed, and at home, and Sarah and Mark were perfect hosts. The cottage was so beautifully furnished, with such comfortable beds, and there were so many lovely touches, that made it feel like a boutique hotel. The highlights were collecting fresh eggs in the morning and making friends with the sheep. Our daughter misses her favourite sheep called 'biscuit'! We were blessed by the most gorgeous weather but this beautiful cottage would be special at any time of year and we would love to come back!

We needed a place to stay not to far from the main railway station. We wanted to be able to prepare some meals for ourselves. This apartment worked out very well for us.

Fantastic little stay. Beautiful cabin and very relaxing. All clean. Great walks around the cabin ( we walked to the castle and back) The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend. We will def be coming back.

Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

A SIX-STAR review from us - this is easily the best Airbnb we've used, and we highly recommend it. Really fast communications with John from the start, and very helpful with any queries. The house is a proper home where everything you might need has already been thought about. John and his crew clearly take huge pride in making their property welcoming and special. A bottle of Prosecco chilling in an ice bucket, with glasses in readiness, and a basket of treats awaiting our arrival immediately signal the quality of your stay. The house is spacious and extremely well-appointed, with high-end equipment. The walk into town is easy and straightforward, and the generous parking is a real asset in Hastings. We'd would certainly book again.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!
