Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

I have a beautiful 3 bedroom jungle home with a deck overlooking the protected national park with lots of fauna around. Wake up to toucans singing, monkeys howling, and hummingbirds fluttering around.
