Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

A true haven of peace, La Torretta is one of the few places where authenticity is de rigueur. Giacomo's family welcomed us warmly with elegant simplicity. For 2 weeks we enjoyed the wonderful saltwater pool, a terrace with exceptional views of the mountains and olive groves of Monteleone. Emotion and poetry punctuated our vacation. Rome delighted us and the Lazio hinterland really seduced us! Dolce vita guaranteed!

We had two great weeks in this beutiful and peaceful place. The pictures are really underselling both the charming old house and the large and private pool with the amazing panorama over the hills and valleys. We have rented many houses like this over the years, but this is definately among the best places we’ve been. Lisa is also a great host. She is always friendly, and answers quickly on all inquiries. If you are very sensible to heat you should be aware that there is only aircondition in two of the bedrooms and not in the living room. Hower, the nice evening breeze on the top of the hill cools the house down in the evenings, so we did not miss it at all.

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and functional, even for those with small children (crib). Convenient to the main tourist sites in the area. The pool is an added value for the end of the day and/or for a relaxing afternoon in the Teramane hills. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, intimate and surrounded by woods. Fabrizio is a very helpful person and a great connoisseur of the area. We had a great time and we recommend it.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Letizia’s Lakehouse is a real stunner, and I’ve seen more than a few. An incredible deal for the price, and just immediately welcoming and enchanting in equal measure. It is like visiting a great soprano’s retreat studio, full of artful touches and pleasing to the eye because— IT IS! We are already looking to return.

we stayed in this house for one night only, the 7 of us friends. Everything was perfect, from communication to cleanliness. Roberto is really a good person and very professional. We bought a lot of meat in the village and thanks to the mega fireplace we had a nice barbecue. Thanks Roberto we will definitely come back to visit you

Tastefully restored independent apartment, located in a tiny village but very close to Via Salaria. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable bed. We also found the powder to make us a good coffee. Excellent relationship with the host. The value for money is unmatched.
