Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Very beautiful place with a very beautiful view 😍

Simplicio is a great host, helpful and very accommodating. The structure is perfect for leaning at night and returning in the morning to ski on the slopes of Ovindoli (about 25 minutes by car). The rooms are comfortable and suitable for hosting even large groups. The house has a large dining room where you can gather to eat but also to spend the evening. Each room will have a stove that I personally recommend turning off before going to sleep as you risk feeling excessively hot in the middle of the night, the rooms maintain the temperature well. The three bathrooms in our case (4 women and 5 men) were more than enough. If I decide to do an overnight stay in the area, I'd be happy to come back.

A haven of peace, the Torretta is one of the few places where authenticity is de rigueur. Giacomo's family welcomed us warmly with elegant simplicity. For 2 weeks we enjoyed the wonderful saltwater pool, a terrace with an exceptional view of the mountains and olive trees of Monteleone. Emotion and poetry punctuated our vacation. Rome delighted us and the hinterland of Lazio really seduced us! Dolce vita guaranteed!

Beautiful quiet vacation in a beautiful part of Italy. The house was very large and beautiful, very nice for a large family. Lots of amenities for entertainment: swimming pool, garden, foosball, chess game, snowshoes ... Plenty of space and a large garden filled with olive trees.

Nice and clean place. The apartment is quite big. The only cons was the street parking with very limited availability.

Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly with us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful views of the mountains and a peace we could not find in a long time!

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Letizia’s Lakehouse is a real stunner, and I’ve seen more than a few. An incredible deal for the price, and just immediately welcoming and enchanting in equal measure. It is like visiting a great soprano’s retreat studio, full of artful touches and pleasing to the eye because— IT IS! We are already looking to return.

Impeccable living room. Truly a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One thing that's uncomfortable, but it fits, is the bathroom that for a person above 1.70 m is small. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. A thank you to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Daniele is a helpful and kind host who cares about guests and the place is impeccable. We found a refreshment in this very hot August. Castel del Monte, Calascio, and Santo Stefano di Sessanio can be reached quickly.

The house is very warm, clean and tidy, the owner lives there nearby and was always very helpful and kind. I would be happy to return for a quiet weekend surrounded by nature.

Paolo and his parents are wonderful people. Mr. Mariano welcomed us with such kindness, taking us to visit his small Museum of Peasant History, an added value of this unforgettable stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable with a breathtaking view of quiet mountains and beautiful sunsets. The garden, a few meters from the house, cared for in every detail, is perfect for spending evenings under the starry sky trying to see the many animals in the woods. The one in their home is definitely a peaceful and relaxing vacation, with the opportunity to reach many points of interest for nature lovers and small mountain villages, which in Abruzzo are truly characteristic and have nothing to envy to the most famous mountain towns in northern Italy. A further applause also goes to the inhabitants of the village of Montesabinese, who are welcoming and always available. We'll definitely be back!

Amedeo and Lilly were really kind and thoughtful, the house was new with impeccable cleanliness, spacious spaces and very warm and cozy. By the way, they also allowed us to put the car in the interior space and made us find some things for breakfast. Great location if you want to visit nearby. I recommend it and surely if we were to return to those areas I would stay there again.

Fonteavignone is a delightful village, we arrived with snow and the atmosphere was magical. Services and ski slopes just minutes away. The place, super clean, was stocked with everything beyond expectations. Alessia was an accurate and available host. We will definitely be back.

Two days of hiking and festival in Sante Marie, at night we were able to rest in absolute silence, when we woke up, open the windows and see the spectacle of the view that presented itself in front of us left us speechless We decided to have breakfast outside despite the fact that there was a coffee maker and moka available... but we took advantage of being only 5 minutes away on foot from the oldest part of Tagliacozzo and walking along the many steps that lead down to the square with the obelisk, passing through houses covered with ivy of various colors, where it seemed to be in a painting... you find yourself in the central square. So what can I say ... go !! The tastefully furnished house, two beautiful and spacious bedrooms, very clean, very comfortable beds (and I with beds are easy), in short, really nice and warm thanks to the stove in the living area that soon heated the whole house (outside in the evening there were 9 degrees). We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve and were really satisfied. The comfort of the spaces is excellent, with modern and functional decor that makes the environment cozy and relaxing.
