Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cordillera Administrative Region

Tita Rho and Tito Jaime were really nice and accommodating! The place is perfect for family vacation. It's near everything - restaurants/fast food, jeepney/taxi, bus terminal, stores, and mall. Highly recommended! ❤️

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

The place perfect for big groups and families. Ms Rosalie was very warm and attentive and easy to talk to. Our requests were promptly attended. I recommend this place especially for those coming in with more than 2 cars.

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

The place looked even more beautiful than the photos. The caretaker was extremely friendly. Big house, big rooms and more than enough beds for all of us and big surroundings too! More importantly, walkable to session road, burnham park and more. We visit the city yearly, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the best place we have stayed at in Baguio. Highly recommended! ❤️

The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable. The amenities provided were top-notch, and everything we needed was readily available. Plus, the breathtaking view! Throughout our stay, the host was readily available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Ms. Anne was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The combination of the comfortable accommodation and the incredibly accommodating host created a truly unforgettable experience. We left Baguio feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. We highly recommend this accommodation. ❤️

It's a great, new condo in a great location of Baguio. I really recommend spending some time on the roof top terrace when visiting, as the view from up there is breath taking! I'd stay here again for my next visit.

We couldn't believe it was just like the pictures shown in the listing. The place is beautiful, and nostalgic, and peaceful. The spacious living room, the huge flat-screen TV, the fireplace, the comfortable couches and beds are what sold us to this place. We had a good connectivity with their wifi too. We were attending events and going out every day so the two bathrooms on each floor helped us save prep time before heading out. The water heating was perfect too. The attendant, Miss Lisa, was very polite, patient, kind, and responsive with us. She helped us set up the logs in the fireplace, call the guardhouse to hail taxis, and welcome us even in the late of nights. Staying for 4 days and 3 nights, it was worth what we paid for.

The house was squeaky clean and the host is very responsive. We just didn’t know that you need to walk uphill to get to the house which might be difficult if you have senior companions. But overall, a very nice and peaceful place to stay in Sagada.

Had a great experience. Everything was provided for. Only issue was we had to check in late as the unit wasn’t ready in time. Also when I asked if I can use the restroom, they made me use the one of the other smaller units and said “wala pa naman sila” but when I was inside the toilet, the couple arrived 🤦🏻‍♂️ and was confused as to why I was inside the toilet of the unit they booked. It was pretty embarrassing. Other than that, the stay was great and the staff are polite.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
