John Riordan House 125 years old vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The John Riordan House has obtained the MOST TOTAL REVIEWS and MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS THAN ANY OTHER LISTING IN JEROME. Enjoy the mile high weather and the 1200 square foot outside patios with fantastic 30 mile views of the entire Verde Valley. 95 steps down to the upper part of town.

Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.
